Like others have posted, Panera is pretty hit and miss. Panera has good coffee and pastries… their sandwiches; however, can definitely use some help. We ordered a bacon turkey bravo sandwich and it came with one tiny piece of bacon on it. Pretty disappointing for a 6 dollar half sandwich. I’ve ordered their«famous» Mac n cheese and it came to me half frozen in the middle :(

I will no longer come to this Panera location. I like their Asian Sesame Chicken salad but they always skimp on the dressing. When I ask for an extra side of it, the amount they put in the tiny plastic cup is ridiculous. Today I sat down, picked up the cup & it must have been less than a teaspoon inside. If I’m going to pay 8 bucks for a salad, then I should have enough dressing to at least taste it! Plus the bagel they gave me for my 99 cent bakery item was hard & stale! I’m done with this place!

My goodness, their pastries are very delicious! Prior to biting into my muffin, I thought it was going to taste like a boring sad muffin like the ones you get from Foodmaxx. Nope! The top is sweet, crunchy, and the inside is fluffy soft, and sweet with the dried cranberries that adds a pinch of tartness. Perfect contrast of flavors that complement each other so well. As for the blueberry cone, it brought back fond memories of my childhood when my mother used to cook me blueberries pancakes in the morning. Once more, the inside was sweet with tarty blueberries. It just crumbles nicely in your mouth. Overall, I enjoy the sweets and the peaceful quiet environment while I read. I will definitely be back soon to try other goodies that they freshly bake.

Usually really good! USUALLY! This location gets busy but good food is worth the wait. HOWEVER… don’t go in the evening! Apparently they run out of everything as they creep toward closing! I couldn’t get what I went out of my way to go there for and then I find that the bacon on my sandwich was soo stale! The entire trip was a waste! I’m so sad! I usually really enjoy the food! I guess the lesson here is don’t go to panera in the evening!

So sad… was going to place a rather large catering order and they refused to deliver, ouch! Guess Sierra Sandwich company gets my business. Manager not really thinking there. Shame on them.

Consistency is what I love most about this location. It doesn’t matter what time of day, how busy the place is or whether I order online for quick pick up or wait in line and dine in, the service, order accuracy, flavor and food quality are top notch. I am trying to eat a healthy diet which can be tough when dining out, but Panera has very detailed nutrition guides online and they are very willing to customize your meal, whether it is a salad, panini, or other item. While I love their breakfast soufflés(more like fluffy and delightfully savory quiches rapped lovingly in croissant squares), flat bread sandwiches and the Thai or BBQ chicken salads the best, their bakery items are always fresh and tasty(If you are on the fence… try the cobblestone or bear claw)… And their coffee isn’t too shabby either. They even offer iced coffee over by the soda fountain. I know this is a chain restaurant… but this place and this location specifically is one of my favorite go-to locations for semi-fast food for any meal of the day.

Panera bread can be hit or miss. Some days I thoroughly enjoy my meal. Other times not so much. Although lately I have been coming here often because of one thing, and one thing only. Autumn Squash Soup!!! Now I know this is a seasonal item, so that’s why I’m writing this review to let you all know that it is absolutely delicious and you should go try it! Do yourself a favor and get yourself a bowl! I’m going to be sad when they take this item off the menu. Just thinking about it saddens me. Lol. They have free wifi as well. So my perfect morning is coming here, grabbing a bowl of Autumn Squash Soup, and doing some homework on my laptop. Ah just thinking about it makes me want to go tomorrow. You know what? I think I will. :)

I love Panera Bread and most of the time this place is good. The two stars are for their service. I ordered a few meals to go and I didn’t have time to look through the bag to make sure it was all in there when I got it which was a mistake. I got home and my pick two was missing a sandwich. I didn’t feel like going all the way back to the store so I called them and a guy told me he will mail me a few vouchers to my house the next day. Well it’s three weeks later and I still haven’t received any vouchers. Check your bags if you’re getting anything to go. I was very disappointed.

Only reason I come here is for their salads or muffins. Both always taste great. Salads are fresh and loaded with yummy ingredients. Nothing there tastes salty which is good if you’re watching your salt intake. Takes about 5 minutes to be ready after ordering. Restaurant is clean, there’s lots of seating, and the bathrooms are in good order. Their prices are reasonable and if you’re usually around the area I highly recommend joining their free rewards program. I received free coffee one month because of it. I’ve never had an issue with customer service. Their employees are always friendly and helpful when I visit. Only thing I don’t like there is the oatmeal and their yogurt isn’t worth the price. Other than that this place satisfies my cravings.

Went to Panera and a girl name Kylie was waiting. She did not greet me, was really just not friendly at all and after I gave her my phone number for my rewards she preceded to tell me I owe 10 dollars.(I knew I had a free coffee) and I had to tell her that I had a free coffee and then she looks at me and says 6 dollars. She was so rude! I’ve been coming here since this place has opened and have always loved the customer service. This girl needs some training on what it is to be a Panera employee. The food of course is amazing. The soufflés are delicious. Complements to the chef :)

Ordered an asiago bacon egg and cheese bagel for breakfast this morning. Was disappointed with the result. The meal was pretty small and plain. The bagel was decent, if I went back I would get a bagel and cream cheese but wouldn’t order the sandwich again. Service was great, very nice girl working the counter. The order came in pretty good time too, just didn’t like the meal.

Fast and clean! Love their food and pastries! Reason I have given only 4 stars is that most of the staff seem to be a little uptight wish that they were more friendly and inviting…(They have a good reward program).

Ordered a steak and egg bagel. It had no flavor and was tough. Definitely not as good as Uncle Harry’s. I wish we would have gone there. The apple juice and orange juice at Panera is like the ones you get at an elementary school. Not going to come back here.

This is my favorite Panera Bread location. I have frequented this location for years, the food is always great, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere pleasant. Great place to study or tutor!

— This is not the first time I have been to this place. Food is good most of the time, but customer service could use major improvements! The cashier asked me for a receipt and I said«yes please» right in front of me she took it to the trashcan and threw it away. I walked out in amazement. She must of been oblivious to the situation. I know people that have worked at this place in the past. If I could tell the owner anything I would highly recommend that they start a sunny disposition campaign in their business and pay their employees what they’re worth! Maybe that will bring better morale to their business rather then a robot slave type job.

Haven’t been here in a while. Must say… the customer service is horrible! Our cashier seemed to be bothered by us coming in to order. They really need friendlier people!!! The food, well — I ordered the Turkey & Avocado sandwich. The bread was fresh but the turkey… wasn’t sliced through so I had to disassemble my sandwich to reassemble it in order to be able to eat it! The baguette portions are getting smaller. I guess the sign of the times!

I have eaten here 4 days a week for the last 3 months and I must say there’s nothing special here. The food is reasonable but the staff isn’t very friendly. Their soups are amazing but stay away from the black bean soup!

I’ve been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. The service is always friendly and prompt and the foods always great! Hard to choose just one item that is my favorite but the cinnamon crunch bagel is great!

Every time I go here, it takes several minutes for an employee to greet me. I’m not asking for much, just say«hello, I’ll be with you in one moment». Today, there were 4 employees standing behind the register chatting and not one of them looked in my direction for more than 3 minutes. No exaggerating. I was not looking at the menu, I was looking at them, waiting to order. Finally, one says, «okay, ready to order?». To me, iced coffee is iced coffee and bagels are bagels, so for me, this isn’t about quality of food. It’s about customer service and that’s always the first thing I notice. I understand that having a fun work environment is awesome, especially if you get along and want to be around your coworkers, but it’s important that as soon as a customer comes in, you cease talking at least momentarily to greet them and if you’re busy, let them know you’ll be right with them. I always go here for before a mani/pedi, but guess I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money.
