One star ONLY because you cannot give no stars! This Management/​Maintenance team deserve NO STARS! Problem after problem! Unprofessional. lack of job knowledge! As if the pictures don’t speak for themselves let me tell you that the manager (Elizabeth) avoids tenants with issues! Has no control over this complex and does not even attempt to address issues brought to her by tenants! People park wherever they please… everyone has pets despite the no pets allowed sign and if you need too much she’ll just quit answering your calls! I’ve seen over 5 different maintenance men in less than 2 months… many of which have voluntarily notified me that they don’t work for the company and don’t have much knowledge about the specific job they were sent to complete! That’s cool! Not dangerous! I like unqualified complete strangers in my house for hours at a time… all alone with me! Cool deal! I was left for 11 days without power to the largest wall in my living room… which also controlled the back patio light! She leaves notes on my door regarding future maintenance appointments despite me asking several times for her to call! I feel like this is unsafe on so many levels! Maintenance comes out multiple times to address the same problems because they can’t fix the initially! I was told I have more then one live wire behind my light switch plate that was not connected to anything!!! Can you say FIRE HAZARD! This place has been a nightmare/​horror story from the very beginning! Let me warn you all! Take my experience as your savior! Stay away… unless you see a ‘under new management’ or ‘newly renovated’ banner!
