Starbucks

Terrible service! Baristas are rude and unwelcoming. Went home extremely upset with the way I was treated and the drink tasted like garbage!

Don’t come here in the morning before school or work. They are in slow mode. Just spent 15 minutes in drive thru. Stuck in the middle of cars I couldn’t leave. Poor customer service

This Starbucks had the slowest drive through. I seem to never remember until it is too late that even with only one or two people in line before me, I am going to be idling my car and harming the air quality for much longer than I should for a line twice as long. Silly me though. I must get Starbucks amnesia because I keep going back. At first I thought I was behind slow customers each time the service was slow… but no. Not when each car only orders a drink or two and the slothfulness is too consistant.
Lately, not only has service been slow, but also borderline rude with inaccurate drinks. Want a toasted croissant? Here. have a cold one. A peppermint mocha? Here is a white mocha with no peppermint. Not what you ordered? Yes it is. Go take it and be happy. Now go away. oh yeah-​have a nice day!
Hopefully this review will help jog my memory the next time this siren tries to lure me over with her really short line. There are enough other locations nearby with quicker and better service. Heck, i can probably drive there and get through the line faster than if I went here!

Its a Starbucks. Been here a few times, usually just go through the drive-​through. Never had a problem but it isn’t spectacular.

It’s Starbucks. It sucks.
Why did I go here? «cause unfortunately SBucks owns the world and at times it’s my only option.

Friendly & fast — never an error here. I’m always pleased to find the lines (& waiting times) short. The staff is friendly, without going over the top.
