Summary: Everything you’d expect out of a classy restaurant, great service, a charismatic maitre d’(Danny), and creative, delectable dishes. Food: Their steaks are a small cut below a Morton’s or fine steak restaurant. Seafood dishes, especially their scallops have been phenomenal each time I’ve been here. Desserts are worth saving room for, their berries and vanilla bean ice cream better than most other places I’ve had(which says a bit considering the simplicity of the dish). Close to a 5, the food is great, but not mind-blowing. Events: Sometimes have wine dinners here, well managed, food was decently paired, though started a little late. Their hors d’oeuvres were so-so. Tips — Reservations suggested, though I don’t think I’ve seen it totally booked. — Be aware it is inside the casino. — Dress is not dictated, though ripped jeans might draw stares. — Ask the host, Danny, for recommendations. He’ll probably stop by and chat to add a personal touch to the meal.
