My friend and I had dinner in the bar here, last night. The food was average, nothing that blew my mind. The service however was outstanding. Our bartender Kevin was so nice and on point, we ended up staying longer than we had planned. If you like domestic beer their HH is legit too. Buy one get one for a penny!

Got a 16 dollar shrimp jamboree but it actually turned out to be a bowl of Garlic and herb oil and 5 pieces of shrimp it was almost like drinking a cup garlic. At least the people were nice and the atmosphere was nice and very clean

The service is always great. The food is always great. The beer is cold and the atmosphere is friendly. One of our favorite places John H

Food is not very good, left very disappointed. When our food was brought out we didn’t have any silverware and we told they were out… over 5 minutes later we finally got some and were able to eat our subpar food. Far better options in the area, avoid this place!

Food options ok, not great happy hour specials unless you only want to drink domestic beer. Better options in hunt valley on a Friday evening.

I’ve dined at Silver Spring Mining Co. several times. The last few have been simply carry-out. THEGOOD… –crab pretzel is very good(only thing I’ll order) –dine-in service has been fine –easy to find parking THEBAD… –very pricey for very basic food options –typically get zero acknowledgement when picking up food –at times it looks a bit dirty inside –none of the fish sandwiches I had were good –pasta alfredo shrimp were rubbery Overall I’m not a big fan. I do really like their crab pretzel, but that’s it. You can pick one up and call it a day!

Do not order the fajitas expecting to receive peppers. This establishment has redefined the fajita meal as meat and onions, which was very disappointing. Fajita? More like faji-don’t.

Decided to give this place a try for lunch,(after trying to get in at Andy Nelson’s BBQ, down the street. It was much to crowded). It seems like a good place if you’ve got kids in tow. It’s pretty average. Food was good,(a little pricey, $ 32 for a cheese steak sub, a rockfish sandwich & two sodas), staff was very nice. If I lived nearby I might be a semi regular. But just nothing to get excited about. It might be better for dinner.

We like to go here on Wednesday’s for half-price burgers. They also have BOGO alcoholic drinks, and they are delicious! You can get a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and two margaritas for $ 12. Can’t beat that!

The place was pretty empty when i got there. Maybe because we were the first when they opened. this was my going away lunch. I ordered the shrimp salad on a wrap. The shrimp salad was bland and dry. The service was sub par. My coworkers kept having to ask for things more than once. Apologize for not having any positive things to say about this restaurant. I will not be returning in the future.

Wednesday was half price burger day for all non-bison burgers. They were pretty good(not great, but not bad). The crab pretzel and the fried pickles on the other hand were perfectly seasoned and delicious. The wait-staff was great. I would definitely go back but I probably won’t order another burger,

This place is tired. I had the broiled rick fish. It was over cooked and over seasoned. The Cesar salad was wilted in the dressing. Our server never came to check on us. Just gave us more drinks and walked away. Place just needs a major rehab

Ate here this evening with a friend. Unfortunately, neither one of us had much good to say about this place, especially given the entrée prices. I got crab and shrimp Alfredo… I found the sauce to be very runny and the seafood itself was mediocre. The dish wasn’t terrible; just mediocre. I had broccoli which was overcooked and mushy. My friend ordered the Seafood Annapolis or something like that… it didn’t resemble the photo on the menu at all and she also found her entrée to be mediocre. I asked for rolls at one point, and coffee with dessert, and the server didn’t remember either one of them. Dessert was also mediocre. The brownie that came with my friend’s dessert was so hard that it was difficult to put a fork all the way through it. I don’t recommend this place, especially given the prices. Not a good value at all.

Single worst dining experience. Went to celebrate my father in laws birthday and regreted the choice immediately. Had to wait several minutes for drinks. When they arrived, they told him they didnt have his order and to try something else. He complied, then they forgot to bring it at all. Food order took over an hour. Everyone at our table(which included former servers i might add) were wondering if this was on purpose. Burgers were not even fully cooked even when asked to be well done. Went to front desk to complain. Manager said they would remove the desserts and lower our check… which didn’t happen when we got the check. Went to point this out(like we wouldn’t notice???) and they came back with coupons for free fried pickles and a crab pretzel. No thanks! Never going back to this place…

My wife and I have been here a few times. Each time is a different experience. This time however, it was A-OK. I got wings, a pasta dish and a salad for dinner where as my wife got a chicken seafood dish and a bowl of MD crab soup. The wings were cooked to perfection. Not over cooked but not under cooked, just right. They didn’t over season the wings either which was great since I am not a fan of over seasoned wings that are not in a sauce. The salad was your usual side salad, lettuce, tomato, onion and croutons. Hard to mess that up right? My pasta dish was good because of the way the shrimp were prepared. If it weren’t for the shrimp, I would have to say the dish was just average. The vegetables that were in the dish were a little over cooked but like I said, the shrimp saved the day. My wife’s dinner was ok. She liked the flavor of everything but her only complaint was the fact that the chicken was a little too dry due to over cooking. I took a bite of her dinner and thoguht the same thing. She loved the crab soup and after tasting it too, I agreed, the soup was great. There were a few things that could have made my dining experience better but they are all due to the food and not the service. Service was good and our server was attentive and kind. Thanks for reading my review. This review is based off of my personal experience and opinion.

Cute atmosphere. We were sat at an awkward table right behind the waiters register that I wo7od imagine can get pretty hairy during lunch rush and other crowded times but luckily for us it wasn’t crowded at all. Mom got the grilled salmon, baked sweet potato, and brocoll I got crab and shrimp Alfredo with zucchini medley. Both of our meals were cooked to PERFECTION! We needed no further seasoning. The shrimp popped right out of the tail. The salmon was charred yet firm not mushy or too dry. The only complaint I can think to make is that it’s torture to smell other people’s food go by as you wait for your order to come!(lol) luckily for us though our food came in a very reasonable time. I had white peach sangria and she had an organ crush they were both really great drinks too! I’ll be back!

Came here for lunch. It was very underwhelming. Frozen fries, boring soggy burger, and frozen fried pickles. My coworkers shrimp salad looked good though. Also the service was really slow for 2:00 on a Wednesday, not sure why as it was empty. Atmosphere is chain like, wouldn’t expect much more. But very dated. The bathrooms were also filthy. Won’t be back, hv mall is too close to do this again.

Pub fare with emphasis on local crab dishes; not a bargain but fairly priced. Decent and friendly service but a tad inattentive now and then. If your expectations are a sports pub, they do a solid job. If fine dining, you will be modestly disappointed because this is closer to Bill Bateman’s in menu, quality and atmosphere than(say) Bluestone. One note if you have a large party: table seating is quite cramped. Overall, decent enough but not worth a drive if not in the area already.

Went here for lunch because my wife and I were in the area. I hadn’t been here for a few years and my have things changed. First of all, there were more staff than customers. I thought it was because we were early, but now I realize why. We got there at 11:30 and ordered. it took over 20 minutes for our order to come out. In that time, the waiter never came by once to see if we needed a refill on drinks. We ordered burgers, both medium. They came out well done. The french fries had clearly been reheated and were brown and hard. We didn’t send anything back or complain we just said to ourselves that we would never come back. Oh, and as we were leaving, I used the restroom. A restaurant employee walked right out of the stall without washing his hands. YUK. AVOIDTHISPLACE!

Atmosphere: 1STAR: This is a GREAT place to watch a game. Every table has its own TV and it’s not too loud to have a conversation. Food: .5STAR: For a sports bar, the selection here is pretty good. Quality is okay. Again, I don’t expect much from a sports bar. Minus half a star for the greasiness of my chicken fingers. Cleanliness: 1STAR: No complaints here. Service: .5STAR: The bartender was very sweet, but minus half a point for charging me for a drink that you said was on you. Also, for telling me you were surprised I knew what an Old Fashioned was(because I’m a girl?), and then making it wrong(they don’t involve grapefruit juice). I can’t think of anything else to rate my experience here on, but I wouldn’t rate it higher than a three, unless of course, if all you want to do is drink beer and watch a game. Then it’s a 5.
