Basically you pay for the view. Amazing view, but food was Okay. My burger was dry(even though It wad on the menu that its the juiciest burger). Service was extremely slow(our waiter said they have new cooks). I would not wanna eat here again, but would come back for the view and a drink.

Great view, average food, slow service. It was worth it for the beautiful outdoor seating but everything else was not very good. Our server was nice but It probably took 20 minutes for anyone to even greet us and probably another 20 minutes or so to get our drinks. Slowest service I have ever experienced and it wasn’t even busy. I ordered the Fish tacos assuming they would be amazing. They didn’t have any flavor to them. I would only go back if I could sit outside again but otherwise no thank you.

Perfect location and great view. Nice place for drink, food, and enjoy the ocean. Food is very good yet limited choices in my view. I dined here and had drinks on the beach from noon to late afternoon. The fried shrimp was the best I ever had. I would certainly return and recommend it to others.

We weren’t planning on eating here originally but because we were hungry after a day at the beach, we decided to dine here because it was conveniently located at the end of the pier. Pros: view of the beach is nice — Windows all around to see the outside. I liked my food – I had the fish(mahi mahi) tacos. My husband had the oyster po boy and he would give that a 6⁄10. My brother in law had the alligator bites and he said he enjoyed that except for 1 basically inedible piece(too rubbery) and he wishes the portion was a little larger for the price. My sister had a piña colada which we thought was delicious. My only complaint is that when I ordered the fish tacos, the server brought out the fish sandwich. When I told him that’s not what I ordered – husband and brother in law were backing me up as well – he almost looked at me like«are you sure??» He then almost sighed like it was my fault and rolled his eyes and said he would be back. I wasn’t sure if he was upset at me or himself. He later apologized and said that he USED to make that mistake a long time ago all the time when he first started and he guessed it just happened again. I guess he was just having an off day.

We were seated at a corner table by the windows. The show performed by the flock of birds was quite entertaining. Our food came and it was DELICIOUS!

We live in Orlando and on occasion make the short drive over to the Pier. First off the renovations done by Westgate have been amazing and really brought the pier back to life. However, some of the changes have not been as positive. Last night we drove over and had dinner at Pelicans, our server was nice but the menu options have become very limited. Many of our long time favorites are now gone and have replaced by much more expensive options. Our server seemed a bit overwhelmed and we observed several other staff members just standing around and talking. We kept having to ask for things like silverware, plates when our appetizer came out and for refills on our drinks. Things turned really bad when an extremely obnoxious table of 4 were sat right behind us when the place was mostly empty by this time of the evening on a Monday. One woman kept talking really loud was very intoxicated from the time they were seated. They continued to serve her alcohol and she kept getting louder and having filthy discussions that made us feel very uncomfortable. She was worse than a pirate. Our food was very good but this made it very hard to enjoy our meal. Finally we just asked for Togo boxes, paid and finished our dinner outside. There seems to be zero presence of management and I don’t think we will be going back anytime soon.

I really wish i could give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately usual story of 1 person ruins it for eveyone. Went here last week with my family and we sat in a corner spot, with five people including my 2 year old who needed a high chair. We were accommodated wonderfully with great service and great meal. So decided to go back today. Our first server, destiny, was rude as can be and told us we could not sit in the same spot because it was against fire code to put a chair/highchair on the end of the tables near the windows when really, she just didnt want to bus and clean up the 4 glasses on the table from previous guests. When i explained to her we sat there last time, she cut me off saying there was no way we could sit there rules are rules and the last server was wrong. I told here i wanted to speak to a manager she told me fine but it may take a while. When she left us to greet her next table at the table next to the one we wanted, SHEPUT A CHAIRATTHEENDOFTHETABLE!!! Eventually got a new server Brandon, who was fantastic. Once again food amazing and service was great. Upon leaving my father went to leave through the back door, not seeing the faded no exit sign, Destiny rudely yelled at him, «you can not leave out that door, no exit means no exit,» and rolled her eyes as she walked away. I understand eveyone has a bad day but if you are going to be in customer service, leave your problems at the door and don’t take them out on others. I strongly recommend going here, just dont have Destiny as your server if you want a great experience.

The only really great thing about this place is that the shrimp are huge. But in terms of paying $ 12 for 8 shrimp and not even a handful of fries… hell no! The location of being on the pier is pretty cool though, especially since it is covered for times when it is raining. You can get a good look at the surfers, swimmers, and sun bather though. Another thing is that it took forever to get the check. I had to hold my card out for the server to even acknowledge me. It wasn’t too busy there which is another reason I do not understand the lack of urgency.

A lovely place for a special date in Cocoa Beach. A lot of people dress up(by Cocoa Beach standards) at this«casual» restaurant because of its significance to the area. Food is good; won’t blow you out of the water. You are really coming here because it is on the pier and has a great view. Bonus points: you can have a drink by the bar at the end of the pier and watch the sunset after dinner. Southern fried gator, caesar salad, and the outta bounds burger were sampled at my most recent visit. Gator was tough; but probably, like me, you are just eating it to say you tasted Albert the Alligator. Everything else was acceptable, but not exceptional. Take note when the waiter says, «If its brown, its on the ground». They mean it.

Came here twice and ordered the shrimp tacos both times because they were that good! Huge portion fresh produce and a nice spicy sauce on the shrimp! Recommended

The lobster roll is fantastic. ½ price beer and wine during happy hour. Great place to grab a beer and watch your kids play in the sand.

The dining view was beautiful and the food was great. We had lunch and portion and price were just right. As a bonus we got to walk on the pier afterwards for free with our receipt from lunch. Normally there is an entry fee. We will definitely be back!!!

So so place for dinner and drink, of course we expected excellent service and professional staff when you pay $ 10 for parking at a pier then pay to use said pier. You expect«more». The best attraction were the large Pelicans that actually let you get close enough to take pictures of them.

$ 10.00 to park, $ 2.00 each to get on the pier, waited at our table 20 minutes for a server, ordered beers while we waited for my husband to get back from the tiki bar since we weren’t getting served, waited 15 minutes after ordering beers, server did not return so we left without food or drink. Never again.

This restaurant is located at the end of the pier and has wonderful sights to see. Seemed fairly busy but if was also raining when I went it. I’ve been here before but the restaurant changed ownership. The menu isn’t much too look at. I think it lacks creativity. Servers everywhere. We had a new server that seemed really nervous. She applied her skills and did a wonderful job. I’ll be back for drinks and the view!

On a 2 week vacation from Vegas… staying in Orlando and drove out to Cocoa Beach for the day… stopped by to see the pier and grabbed a bite at this place! AMAZING… AMAZINGCLAMCHOWDER! For sure a beautiful place to see! How much better can you get than a restuarant above the water? Highly recommend grabbin a bite… husband had the wings and some fries… both were good… def. coming back! Going to cravvvvve that chowder.

The best part about this bar is the location– it sits on the pier and the seating overlooks the beach and ocean– lovely! We happened to come here on the day of a surf competition, and had a great time getting drinks at the bar and watching the crowd. The Pier also has street and beach access, so its very convenient to come up after a walk on the beach. That being said, the food was underwhelming and had small portions for the price. The drink selection was pretty good, but the mixed cocktails were a little weak. Overall, go for the view of the beach, not the food!

This place sucks, plain and simple. I feel bad giving anyone a one star. Back in the day I worked in restaurants and I know how hard people in the industry work, but in the effort to save maybe a few people from wasting their money, I feel like it’s a necessary review, if nothing else for them to maybe step up their game. We came from Los Angeles for the Nationals spring training for a month and honestly did not have one good meal the entire time we came. I’m not super picky on food, but this was just gross. I ordered a mixed seafood platter and everything was 100% frozen. The scallops were the size of M&Ms and a pale grey color, the fish was flavorless, not even a sprinkle of seasoning. It honestly came on a plastic cafeteria type plate that looked like they just took a frozen seafood TV dinner and dumped it on a plate. No attention to quality or detail. The waitress was super nice and considering her surroundings she did the best she could, but the quality and cleanliness was sick. As a whole, Cocoa Beach is a dump. It’s super red neck, white trash and if you don’t have to come here, just don’t it’s so gross. But if you’re stuck here don’t waste your money. The best part was the key lime pie which I ordered because my meal sucked and I figured«how can you f*ck up dessert?» it was good compared to microwaved fish from 1998. Save yourself, I thought ‘ooooohhh a day at the beach!” when in reality, a day in the bath tub at our crappy extended stay hotel with Bob Marley in the background and the lights on high would’ve been more enjoyable.
