So looking forward to this legit Deli! The menu and the smells called my name! I’m used to only dining at NYY Steak, Sorrisi or Fresh Harvest so I convinced friends to go here. The bowl of pickles looked deelish and were absolutely horrid… cukes sat in brining liquid to long so salt literally sucked the juiciness out of them & the ones with a light brine were flavorless but pretty to look at. Terrible table service & kitchen must have been in the weeds because it took us from time we sat down and ordered, 47 minutes for 4 sandwiches! I timed it! Not sure how long food sat under heat lamps but everyone’s Reuben’s were soggy and a ½lb of meat… no…more like a ¼ lb and that’s being generous… for 15.00 so puny… kitchen not on point… it’s my first & last time I will ever go! It was that bad!

First time visitor to the casino due to business in Broward. Started with a simple Dr Browns root beer and ordered the corned beef and pastrami on Rye sandwich Order was brought out warm and within ten minutes even though it was quite a full house. Food was great, added a bit of the Beaver Brand mustard for a spicier taste. The corned beef was delicious and the pastrami was typical of Florida, not too fatty and not too stringy but definitely not like Katz’s. Of course desert is my norm and I opted for the apple bread pudding. Definitely something to experience, served warm with caramel swirls and dots of whip cream. Perfectly firm, not soggy and dripping but just right and the slices of apple where crisp and retuned that sweet taste that a apple has. The only negative aspect of the meal was the coffee upsetting to me because I’m spoiled by Starbucks? Possibly but I drank it anyway.

We were out for a late night and this place was the perfect last stop. Big bowl of Matzo ball soup and a big cheese burger with fries. Very clean and the server was good.

Our server was friendly thats the reason this place gets two stars. Does it really take almost an hour for someone to slice up some corn beef and put it between two slices of bread? You sit there and wait all that time and they finally bring out the sandwich and hardly any meat on it. The sandwich looks like it was ordered off the kiddy menu.

This is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant. Both times the service was unbelievably slow(though she was sweet) and the food isn’t as good as the price you pay for it. Decent food, nothing to rave about honestly. Mostly good for a quick break from gambling. Not worth my price personally.

The 1st in 1st street deli is an abbreviation for 1 star. There is a reason why people from SFL take 5 hour flights to Vegas from Fort Lauderdale, & the food you get in Vegas, even @ the sleaziest casinos are 5 star compared to what you get here, & although I think this Casino is really cool & awesome especially if your a slot machine addict, the food offerings are just plain laughable. This is a beautiful deli, I mean just gorgeous & right in the middle of the slots action, but like its counterpart deli @ the Isle, the food they serve you is GARBAGE! Just inedible. The service again was fine, but the god awful food rates this @ 1 star, Christ almighty mgmt how the heck can you have the unmitigated nerve to serve this crapola, charge Las Vegas prices(although in Vegas you would be comped) & expect business? Well I guess there are enough simpler minded sheep from the casino that would eat sh*t on a shingle & would not complain, but I ain’t one of ‘em. Blechhh!

Checked in and I received a 30% discount. Great food. Conveniently located inside the Coconut Creek casino. I have eaten here so many times and they always deliver great food. If you like Potato Salad as a side to your meal you cant go wrong. The best I have ever eaten anywhere. So yummy. I recommend to sit at the outside counter tables. You can see the chefs cooking your food in front of you and the service seems faster than the table service inside. Enjoy.

This place is a total rip off. Unbelievable I order a bagel with butter which was not bad considering. Our waitress Pam… Well not very friendly had a little bit of a attitude. Never the less I also ordered a side order of bacon. They handed me 2 burnt pieces of bacon don’t know how u can serve that to a paying customer. This place is the worst stil

Didn’t even get a chance to eat, order took over 30 minutes and had to canceled it. There was no manager on site either and just left place.

The food and service is really good here. We ate here 3 times on our visit to the casino. The turkey dinner and the short rib dinner were fantastic, and the portion size were really large! The carrot cake was good. The tuna melt and the standard Rueben was good also. Of course you can use your players points toward the bill. All around a great choice when you visit this casino.

If I could give no stars I would. First of all, the table mustard is not edible. So hot like Chinese mustard. Second, the pickles are so salty that they also are not edible. Now to the service. There is none. So rude and slow besides. Sat for 15 minutes until we finally paged someone over. I love deli meat. With that said, this place is horrible. The brisket was fatty and had a lot of gristle. I had to spit some out. The corned beef and pastrami were no better than Publix deli meat. I will never be back. Try Zingers in Boca. That place is a real deli with edible mustard and pickles and friendly service.

Stay away! This place is the biggest rip off and the worst food. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 cups of chili and they came out, were edible but not very good. How do you mess up chili? Way overpriced too — tiny cup of chili is almost $ 5.00. Then we decided to just order a tuna melt panini and split it because we wanted to eat quick and get out and gamble. The sandwiches were all about $ 14 – 15, which is insane. The tuna melt comes out and tasted disgusting! Too fishy, and like it was bad. We asked to send it back, our waitress was not happy about this, and her attitude let it be known. Then we decided to try a simple ham and cheese. It comes out and it was cheap, gross ham, thick cut, like you might find in a plastic package at the grocery store. Not even deli quality. Again, I ask — how can you mess up a ham and cheese sandwich? They can! We should have just sent it back too and dealt with our bad attitude server. It cost almost $ 30 for 2 not so good cups of chili and the worst ham and cheese sandwich. In three years of dating this is the worst meal my boyfriend and I have ever had! Pass! There is not anything to say positive about this place.

Its a bit over-priced but its really good and a nice breakfast place on a sunday afternoon. If you’re a casino card member you get 25% off your total bill. Anyways, the Rueben sliders are to die for! They were delicious! The Pastrami sandwhich is solid and they all come with a generous portion of fries. or yummy potato salad. Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of pickles so I can’t take care of the freebies. I like to sit at the bar area and watch the staff prepare the food. Kind of reminds of a food network show of sorts!

Continues to engage in merchant Mastercard violations by asking for ID when presented with your bill. This is not only a security breech, but a form of profiling. As long as the card is signed on the back, no merchant has the legal right to ask you for ID. Ditto for placing a minimum on what you can spend. You can report any merchant who does so via The arrogant manger claims that they do not have to follow the laws, as they are on Indian reservation land. They now have one less customer who has to deal with their mediocre food and lousy service.

I have traveled extensively and I can say WITHOUT a doubt, this is the finest NY style deli in FL and would rival anything in NYC. The pastrami sandwich is superb, lean and piled high — I dare anyone to finish just one(great for lunch the next day), authentic mustard(with the seeds) available and fresh baked rye bread. I’m NOT a potato salad person, so I wasn’t delighted when they brought it with my first sandwich. I’M A TRUEBELIEVERNOW, I have recommended their potato salad I know to 6 or 7 people and count on getting every time I go. I’ve taken three guest so far to the deli and would HIGHLY recommend it … very moderately priced, and a GREATDEAL of VALUE for your money.

Corned beef so lean as to be rendered tasteless. Hot dogs while technically grilled(they had marks) really steamed on a grill and barely cooked! Most delis either have creamy Cole slaw or vinegar(heath salad) they had dry tasteless coleslaw. On a plus great rye bread
