I am just looking at my last review — dated 8÷2÷2012 — and I am here NOW, TODAY — almost two years later — to say again that Ann Marie at the Chico’s in the Promenade defines «customer service». She is attentive, honest, and truly knows her clothing line AND her customers. If you read this, Chico Management: this woman is a gem — and a true asset to your company!
