We have ordered here before because of convenience and thought we would give it another chance. Not a good idea… The wings were not great. Pretty greasy and not a lot of chicken. Ordered Parmesan and also Plain. Also ordered Veggie sticks Large and they had only 4 carrots in them. Not impressed at all. I would rather drive the further distance and for the much better taste of Buffalo Wings up the street. Won’t be going back.

I was in the area shopping and decided to stop in to one of my favorite places for wings. My go to location is the one in Plantation where the service and food is always on point. Unfortunately this location didn’t live up to my expectation. I should have checked Unilocal reviews. I ordered wings and fries to go and decided to taste my fries once I got in the car. Although they were hot, they were very dry and appeared to have been refried. I went back in and told the young man at the counter that I wanted fresh fries. When he went in the back, I observed two other employees looking at the fries and then one of them toss them back into the fryer. When he came back to counter, I asked him if he put the same fries back in and he said yes, that’s what they are suppose to do. I explained to him that the fries seemed old and I wanted more fries. He then explained that he took them out of the fryer himself.; I guess to convince me they were fresh. As I was telling him that it didn’t make sense to put fries back in the fryer that I was returning, an employee came from the back and asked what was wrong with the fries. I said that I didn’t want them. He stated that they were hot. I again said that I didn’t want them and why was he asking since I was already being helped. He indicated that he needed to know to write it down. My response again was that i didn’t want them. He then started shaking his head as if what I was saying was unreasonable and saying that the fries were hot. I questioned why he was even involved in the conversation and should have remained in the back. He then said that I couldn’t tell him where to be because he works there. At that point I asked for my money back. He remained in the front continuing to shake his head. I told him that he was being very rude and asked for his name. He sarcastically said«Donathan with a ‘D’». I asked for the manager and was given his number. Peter was very apologetic and indicated that he always tell his staff that without customers they wouldn’t be there. He wanted to know what he could do to make it right. I told him the only thing I wanted was for him to address his employee. If «Donathan, with a ‘D’» felt comfortable displaying such rude behavior, there’s a real issue managing employees! I also told him that I don’t normally allow one incident/employee to deter me from returning to a business. I’ll stick with my Plantation location though. BTW: Peter advised that there isn’t a policy to refry fries…

The food here sucks, the staff are even worse. They over charge for skimpy chicken wings and subpar fries. The new owner Peter has no clue how to run a business, do not waste your money here.

Haven’t tried Wingstop in years as most of the sauces were funky. Kids wanted tenders so we ordered the family meal online tonight. First thing noted was no comments section online. We were due three flavors. We decided on mild, garlic Parmesan and naked. We wanted to try Teriyaki but could not request it on the side for dipping. Mild was fine and usual buffalo type sauce, they just needed to be wetter. The garlic Parmesan tasted like plain wings with Parmesan cheese sprinkled over them. Fries were coated in exact same fashion. When wife arrived she requested the Teriyaki sauce for the third group and told no. They didn’t have any container to take sauces home. They were also out of carrot sticks. The ranch dipping sauce came home as bleu cheese in error also. Seems like a small permanent marker would help ! Businesses like this fail to keep clients first and provide basic service and ingredients on a very limited menu. This was a wasted 30+ dollars and clients that won’t return. A basic form email from company only offered that issues are not normal. You could not reply to the email and unfortunately the franchise owner has not responded to date.

They have a new owner here. I was hoping everything was done as efficiently as the prior owner and it looks like they are trying. Even though the shop looks closed from the outside they seem to do some business. I had the garlic Parmesan wings. They were great. Fries could have been cooked a bit more but they were good. Will be there again.

Flavor of wings decent. Mild is too mild. Also wings could be more wet(more sauce). But, we haven’t had better wings in the area.

Ordered boneless wings, Korean and Hawaiian flavors. Honestly, I chose this place because they had the cheapest prices around. The flavors are great, but wings were fairly small. Overall, I’d go again.

How can you have a name like wing stop and have the worst wings on earth? They are the smallest wings I’ve ever seen, for more money than most other places. My thumb has more meat on it than these wings did.

Ew!!! Everything had a «sweet» after taste. Even the fries! So gross! Google Wing Stop sweet fries and you will see for your own eyes. I won’t be back.

How couldn’t you love wingstop? There’s usually friendly staff in there, it’s kept clean every time I go in, and the food is always hot and fresh.

We order from here every other Friday night. It’s just a thing for us. We’ve been doing it for about 4 months. The only time I like the wings and fries from here is when I remember to ask for it all to be cooked«well done» on the online ordering menu. If we don’t get it well done, the classic chicken wings have this horrific elastic consistency going on with the skin which is quite repulsive and the fries are barely cooked. All of the flavors are pretty decent. Our favorites are hawaiin, garlic parmesan, teriyaki, cajun, and hot. If you don’t like chicken skin that feels raw and stretchy or fries that aren’t crisp, make sure you get your wings and fries well done!

Wing stop is always good. Chicken has good flavor. I get Lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. Their rolls and chicken strips are pretty good too.

I don’t really complain much about food, but I hate getting the wrong order because I forget to check at the same place. However, the food was good. Baby wings though… so be aware. You can buy somewhere bigger wings, I suppose.

I have them a extra star because of Rick Ross, other then that just keep moving. The wings and fries where so salty I couldn’t get more then 3 down. The service was good and the place was clean. But man that food was horrible.

My husband and I were craving wings last Friday and googled a place near us and came up with this. The fries were okay but the wings not so much. I found cold/uncooked pieces in my wings and couldn’t even finish them. They barely had any sauce(buffalo). Regarding the service they were friendly, we didn’t have an issue with that at all. Since the order was take out we didn’t really have much interaction with them, but when we picked up the food the cashier was friendly and helpful even suggesting menu items for our next visit. They are not too pricey but not worth it. If you’re looking for good wings go somewhere like Buffalo Wild Wings or Red Rocks.

Good wings, tiny size… If you’re looking for beefy, meaty wings this isn’t your place. Yet, they pack a lot of flavor! My boyfriends favorite was the Hawaiian and I liked traditional hot. Sometimes just the simple traditional sauces are better than the fancy sauces. They have really good honey mustard as well! Can’t say much about the service since I didn’t eat in, but maybe next time. Update: I went back here to get a complimentary take-out order of large french fries and I also ordered a dinner roll for some side dishes for an at-home dinner and the fries and bread were delicious. I watched as they freshly cooked my order, it’s nice to know that they cook and season them after you order and don’t sit under a heat lamp. Next time I will have to try the wings again!

It’s a small place but great in flavor. They offer 9 different sauces for your wings from Atomic spicy to original mild, and some variations in between. I got a «family» order of 35 wings — 3 different sauces. Tried the original mild, ten garlic Parmesan, and the Hawaiian. The garlic Parmesan wasn’t too garlicky, which is perfect for me but, if you don’t like that cheese forget it, order something else. The Hawaiian is their take on the usual sweet /honey one offered in other wing places. I really liked this one. The«family» order includes a large order of fries, deliciously seasoned, and a side of celery and carrot sticks wit either blue cheese or ranch. Love the fact that the include the carrots, I hate celery. Wings are made when ordered but still quick. 15 minutes was all it took for me to be out their door with my order.

If you love buffalo wings, you will love this spot. Wings are made per order and served up piping hot. Wingspot offers 9 different flavors: atomic, cajun, original hot, mild, hickory smoke BBQ, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, hawiian, or teriyaki. In addition to hot fresh wings the sides are homemade. Fresh Cut Seasoned Fries are cut daily in every restaurant from Idaho Potatoes. If you haven’t tried any of the sides you are missing out!
