Awesome pizza. Being raised in New York, I would say I have higher standards than most when it comes to pizza, but these guys know how to make a pie the right way. Not to mention every time I’ve been in there the staff has been incredibly fast and courteous. Peel will definitely be my go to spot for pizza night for many years to come!

Seriously, though… this pizza is SOGOOD! It’s refreshing to be able to eat pizza without feeling weighed down, greasy and guilty after! I’ve dined in or gotten takeout from this place several times over the past year and I’ve never had a bad experience — same goes for the Hingham location. Some of my favorites are the Spinotta and the Kickin Chicken Pesto — oh and the PBJ pizza. Personally, I prefer pizza with red sauce(and theirs is the BEST!) but I’ve had their«white»(sauce-free) pizzas and they are also good! The Artisan, for example, or Spanakopita. I love that the toppings are fresh(no canned mushrooms or pickled jalapeños, for example). Super friendly staff that gets to know their regulars, and welcomes newbies with a smile. I will continue to frequent both of their locations!

I wish there was a negative star option. If you want to wait 50 minutes for a pizza to pickup just to realize they didn’t make it yet and tell you it will take another 30-minutes and then you cancel because you don’t have 2 hours to wait for a pizza, and they have an I don’t care attitude, then this place is for you. Customer service leaves something to be desired.

We work and live nearby, and cannot say enough about Peel. The pizza is unbelievable– incredibly fresh and creative toppings. It’s definitely more than ‘just getting pizza’. Worth every penny. A slice for lunch and pizza night become a special treat.

We have been waiting for a great pizza place to come to Cohasset, we are still waiting. We have gotten one good pie out of our last four orders from Peel, needless to say we won’t attempt anymore. The biggest problems we have found is the sogginess of the crust, wrong ingredients, and the pizza being cold. We only live 5 minutes from the location so how does that happen. When we were picking up our last order the employees were trying to leave an hour early, maybe that was the reason for the cold soggy pizza. Sometimes having the right management is important for quality control.

I tried Peel Pizza in Cohasset in one of the first weeks after it’s opening and I was a little disappointed. I had heard amazing reviews about Peel in Hingham, but found the pizza to be a little soggy and not very good. I will definitely try again and hopefully it will change my opinion!

I heard about this place from a pizza-lover who raved about it. I never had the opportunity to go but I happened to be in the area today and popped in for a slice. There’s a cute little patio with metal chairs and tables for outdoor dining. It’s quiet quintessential New England and you can definitely tell it’s an enjoyable place to relax outside on a nice summer day. while small, the place is clean and the server was friendly. The pizza itself is delicious. This but not so crispy you feel like you’re eating a cracker. Not too greasy. It tasted fresh and it was flavorful. I can’t speak on the merits of the gourmet versions because I decided to not be too adventurous the first time around and stick with pepperoni. I also had a side salad that was fresh and had a wonderfully tasting dressing. But you’re probably wondering why I would rate it 4 stars with such a glowing review. Well the folks at Peel pizza seem to think that cohasset pizza must be more special than other pizzas. The single slice and handful of greens I had cost me a whooping $ 9. Even the upper crust is more reasonable with their pizza/salad combos. Also, I had a garden salad. Not a Greek salad which is what the cashier/server rang me up for. Not to be picky but if you’re going to overcharge I expect perfection.

Even though I live in New York and should not be able to say this, Peel Pizza is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is a perfect Neapolitan style, and the sauce(which I think is homemade) is awesome. I would use that sauce on everything if I could. My parents live in Scituate and I used to go out of my way, driving all the way to Hingham just to get a slice of this pizza. There were even times when I bought a whole pie and strapped it into the passenger’s seat just so I could have some later. Thankfully, I no longer have to do that, as the Cohasset store delivers to Scituate! I’m a huge fan of this pizza and will definitely be ordering more the next time I’m home!

It pains me to leave a negative review for a place with so much promise, but the truth is the truth. 2 and a half hours for a pizza pick up is just unacceptable. First the good — the pizza is really outstanding, especially relative to the competition in the area. Riva in Scituate is nearly as good, but I give Peel the edge as I prefer their crust. The specialty pizza combos they concocted are compelling, and the Parmageddon is fantastic(we’ve ordered it twice). Now the bad. Seemingly a ship without a captain, there just is no management going on here. The last order we placed was fielded by a young female employee and was advised by her that they were busy and the order would take 45 minutes(the last time we had called it was only 15 – 20 minutes). For a Friday night, I wasn’t too offput by 45 minutes and had groceries to pick up so I sad«No problem». An hour later, I arrived to pick up my pizza — giving them an additional 15 minutes(as my 3-year old and I got distracted by the impulse aisle at Stop & Shop). Upon arrival, 4 high school girls working the small counter greeted us(not really sure why 4 were necessary, 1 or 2 seemed sufficient or at least one of them could have started rolling dough when volume ramped up) happily took my payment. 68 $ for 3 pizzas. I was THEN told that my order wasn’t ready and would take 20 more minutes. «No, probably less — maybe 15 minutes!» Trusting this to be true, I said OK, paid, and took my 3 year old daughter outside and sat on the patio patiently. 15 minutes later, after seeing a half dozen patrons receive the same message, I started to get nervous. After 25 minutes I went in to check to make sure the pizzas weren’t done and they just dropped the ball in coming out to call for me. No dice Chicago. No pizza. No ability to tell me where my order was in line. No real adjusted time frame. Just a «Give us 15 minutes». «But you said that last time?» I think I muttered some other choice words, which is regrettable and I apologize for. So I asked, «is my pizza at least in the oven or being made?!» I had 4 families at our house for a pizza party waiting on me so things were getting dicey. If kids of a certain age don’t eat by a certain time… hell can break loose. They then sorted through 2 dozen receipts on the table and found mine burried. It was clear that no organization was going on here. Receipts were on paper, in a computer, and some just verbally maintained. No real regard to timelines was being issued to customers. Orders were not being processed in the order they were received. Finally, the guy making the pies found my slip and said, «I’ll make yours next». 30 Minutes later I was given my 3 pies and I was on my way. Home close to 3 hours after ordering. No offer for a discount. No apology. No refund. No repeat business.

Great addition to the Coho pizza line up and nice that you don’t have to go out to 3A. Right in the village with delivery to Sandy Beach and outdoor tables it has all the bases covered. Good gluten-free selection and amazing line up of pies. Beware the hot cherry peppers, they are crazy. If your kids don’t like chunky style sauce, ask for the smooth.
