Pizza Factory

We ordered the family deal. One topping pizza, breads sticks, 4 sodas. Breads sticks were uneventful but with ranch dressing not too bad. Plenty of staff, even for a Monday night so service was not an issue. Pizza was okay. Worth the money. Iverall, this is a great place to along during a road trip

Great pizza, super crappy manager tonight. It’s January 29, 2016 4:51pm. I’m staying at the Rollins lakeside Inn and have had Pizza Factory deliver here before, all of a sudden they won’t deliver here tonight. They said they don’t deliver here. That’s BS, THEY HAVE BEFORE. And go as far as Secret town off ramp. I’m super pissed and won’t ever order from you guys again, I’m from here and have been a very loyal customer.

Thick crust, lots of toppings. If you enjoy California style pizza it’s ok. Ground beef is dry… But tasty? To each their own. Being in the boondocks, delivery can be up to 2hrs, so plan in advance. Otherwise, being one of the only pizza places that delivers (thank you thank you thank you) it’s good pizza.

The pizza’s good and so is the atmosphere. They even offer cashews as a pizza topping, although I wouldn’t recommend it because of the salt. I’m not really sure what else to say without pretty much going into a drab description.
Fine, I’ll go into the drab description! (Like anyone is actually going to read this anyway!)
There are two main dining rooms, each with a TV screen. Unfortunately, most restaurant patrons always want to watch sports for some reason. I hate sports, but this isn’t just about me. I’ll knock it down to four stars later when I’m in a really bad mood, especially if I’m around people who refuse to shut the fuck up about sports! Coincidentally, people just started to talk about baseball right after I typed that sentence. Seriously, fuck sports and fuck the St Louis Cardinals! I may live in St Louis, but that doesn’t mean I have to be a part of the insane Cubs-​hating cult of beer-​drinking douchebags who would worship baseball if they weren’t a bunch of bible-​thumping pieces of shit who swear allegiance to a white male god who hates equal rights and is according to them, not possibly Allah or anyone whose name isn’t Jehovah or Yawei … and no, I’m not spell-​checking that. I’m pretty sure they would make dogs fight each other if their favorite athlete did. Thank God Michael Vick doesn’t play baseball, much less for the Caridnals. It also helps that Tony LaRousa is a major dog lover … but not in a perverse canine-​raping way.
Anyway, back on topic. There are a couple of arcade games in the back dining room along with a grabbing game and a bunch of colored balls with fake spikes on them which have probably been in there for at least three years. You know how cheating those grab games can be. The only times I ever got anything out of them were when the game somehow glitched out. Dammit, I went off topic again!
The family and employees make the pizzas in plain view from the front dining area and anyone who happens to pass by outside and look through the window. I feel like this is a nice touch … not like the touch children probably get from child-​molesting baseball fans.

The Staff were very friendly. The pizza is great! I wish they have this in bay area!

I work at another small business in Colfax, and wanted to order pizza for my employees for lunch. We called in the order, however the young male that answered the phone was very unresponsive, short, and did not listen carefully to the order that was given. We had to repeat ourselves numerous times before he replied with «we don’t have it.» We went ahead and placed our other order and drove to go pick it up. We went in, mentioned that we had a pick up, he replied «K» and then he went to go get the pizza and tossed it onto the counter. I paid, and then asked if there was any ranch on the side for the breadsticks and pizza, and he responded with «If you would just look.» I find that very rude and completely unprofessional. And told him we will remember that. We all loved the pizza and breadsticks — don’t get me wrong, the food was deliciously amazing! But the service was beyond horrible today.

Went here after a family outing at the lake.
we ordered the 49er special, which is a combination, and also a pepperoni pizza.
the pepperoni pizza was devoured in minutes however the combination arrived nearly falling apart.
the bottom was completely soggy, you couldn’t even hold a slice. I had to eat it with a fork, or if you roll the point tip back to the crust taco style.
we contacted the manager, but luckily the owner of Pizza factory was present! She greeted us in cut off denim shorts and a tank top when the rest of the staff had pizza factory shirts. maybe she was just stopping by, but she let us know that all pizzas with a good amount veggies and meat are soggy from the juices.
if you like soggy pizza this is a great place! however if you like holding the pizza I would recommend a one to two topping pizza.

By far the best pizza around.
Out of round table and all of them this is the best! It is a little pricey but not bad, and definitely worth it!

Pizza is not terrible but I purchased a large 49er for over $ 24
It looked like a medium-​size pizza to me.
It was edible but a total rip off.
I will not be back again.
I’m a local resident but I’d be willing to drive out of town if I had to. Fortunately, there’s a couple other places I can go and get a much better deal, and better pizza.

Place wouldn’t be so bad if the service was better and the workers weren’t so rude! Tried many times to give them another try always disappointed.

Finally the deliver. Means alot to us hill folk. Pizza is ok for the price. Timely and warm when it arrived. Ham pieces so small needed a fork to get the runners off the plate. Bread sticks are bland. We will order again because of delivery.

I would describe this place as good and reliable pizza. It’s not going to chart up there with the smaller ma and pa pizza joints in any city, but it is reliable pizza and each one we order is good!
You really can’t beat the quality for the price. Each time we order from Pizza Factory we either order delivery or take out. This is our home town pizza place so there really is no need to eat there. The atmosphere inside is your typical pizza place vibe with kind of an 80’s style throw back interior. They have a television and arcade games. The customer service is hit and miss at times. It’s not that they are mean or rude, just kind of a younger crowd who doesn’t really go out of their way to greet their customers, but once you engage them, they are all friendly and nice. Their delivery doesn’t start until 5PM, and is usually prompt and friendly.
All the ingredients seem fresh and are plentiful. They have specials all the time and offer good coupons and benefits to the local schools. Their hot wings are pretty tasty also. Like I said; GREAT quality for the price and our go-​to pizza selection in town.

Pizza is good price is a little more than I would like to spend over all good. They are always friendly and the pizza is always good.

This place never fails me. A bit pricey. Friendly staff. Some of the staff gets noticeably frazzled when it gets busy but it doesn’t get out of hand. I always call in my order even when eating in as the wait averages 30 minutes. The staff does a good job of keeping the dining area clean.

This pizza is mediocre and overpriced for what it is. The service also sucked. If the other pizza place in town had been open I would have gone there in a heartbeat over this option. I won’t be going here again.

This is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had; however, IT’S TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE!!! If you order a 2 topping large you are looking at $ 20.00. I’m not going to pay more than $ 10.00 for a pizza. They used to offer pretty good coupon deals, but that has ended. I can’t afford this place.

Not very friendly at all. Felt very uncomfortable had to wait about 45 for a small pizza… Several customers that came in after us received there pizza before us… We are people of color & I think that played a roll in the customer service, don’t think we will eat this. Feeling some type of way… Feeling like I’m in the Deep South. Never Again!

Pizza is great if your heading to Reno or Tahoe. If you get hungry or stuck in traffic stop by this great pizza joint. Affordable and hits the spot after a long day snowboarding.

Had a bad experience with the Pizza Factory in Folsom but this location was great! Pizzas were delicious and the kids loved the arcade area. The girls working at the counter were very helpful and polite.

Delicious… Had large 49er pizza… Spaghetti and meatballs,… Salad bar… Pitcher of Blue Moon beer… And the family ordered something too… I was hungry…
The Motel across the street recommended them..
