Quite straightforward for cleaning review.
I’ve brought my cashmere coats, suit jackets, pants, scarfs of varying obnoxious cleaning requirements here and they were always cleaned without problems.
What does it take for a cleaner to receive full scores anyway:
1. Clean my stuff without losing/​destroying them.
2. Get them back to me in the time you commit to.
3. Take my items in the form of dumping-​mush-​of-​fabric-​on-​desk and return them to me with hangers, protective plastic, the works.
4. Do so in sub 12 dollars.
They are inside a shopping center so there’s parking all around too.
Get your shit dry-​cleaned and never fail an OkCupid date again.

Always amazing service!!! This dry cleaners does amazing work, has THE BEST service ever, and alterations are always perfect! The owners are always personable and seems to know everyone on a first name basis. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions for me — even today, Christmas Eve! I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone in the area!

Such great work! i came in for my bridesmaids dress. i needed it shorter and a higher slit. the service at the counter was super friendly and they took me to the fitting room immediately. the tailor also noticed i was missing a rhinestone on my dress. 9 days later my dress was ready. excellent work on the dress and guess what, they found a rhinestone to fill in my dress! wonderful staff will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of a tailor!

Absolutely amazing!!! I came here to have a bridesmaid dress altered at the last minute. I was worried I wouldn’t find a place that could do such a difficult dress (lots of flowy ruffles) in time, but the work is amazing and the dress looks fantastic. I can’t wait to wear it at my friend’s wedding! The work was done extremely quickly and the seamstress was so warm and friendly. She even gave me the extra fabric just in case my friend wanted to keep it for bouquets. Everyone there is amazing and I will definitely be back with any other alterations.

My sister and I came in here after hearing that this place does great alterations. My sister needed her wedding dress fixed and shortened, as well as my dress. They both came out amazing. The tailor and staff are so, so sweet.
Will be coming back for any clothes needing to be altered in the future.

I have been using these guys for over 15 years! Love the service and the quality of clean. Things do not go missing, things do not get ruined, stains come out, prices are not high, very warm and welcoming people!

The owner is very arrogant and does not honor her discount coupons that she sells at the neighboring Waldbaums. She obviously resented the fact that I was using these discount coupons each week and told me she would not honor them anymore from me. And there was nothing in these discount coupons that specifically stated that they were limited to new customers.

Whenever I need a dress to be shortened, taken in or altered in any way, whether formal or on the cheaper end, this is my go-​to place. They’re also fantastic with men’s suits. I only started coming here two years ago and I swear I’ll never go elsewhere. Too many cleaners/​tailors in the Whitestone/​Flushing area will either screw up your garments or charge you an arm and a leg for a crappy job, and they come with a nasty attitude to boot — no thanks! For the work they do, and how quick the turnaround usually is, it really is worth the price. It also doesn’t hurt that the ladies in here are the absolute sweetest women. I really can’t say enough good things. always a pleasant experience. :)

I decided not to get my Wedding dress altered at David’s Bridal because I heard they were expensive. I choose to take a chance and get it done at Whitepoint Cleaners, where I have gotten alterations done in the past and I was so happy I did. They did an awesome job with my dress, from sewing in a bra, doing a good, yet simple bustle, and steaming, my dress, veil and slip. I had 2 fitting and then picked up my dress the day before my wedding. They steamed everything that day so it would be fresh. Everything looked perfect and they were affordable. I actually just dropped my dress off there to have it preserved, which is expensive but I felt it was worth it. I am confident they will do a good job with that as well.
