Used their drop off service for a long time. The owner is nice but the workers are horrible. They mistreat my clothing they wash my whites with my colors. They bleached colored towels and clothes and destroyed it.
I kept winding up with holes in expensive jeans and also my shirts. My girlfriends lingerie was completely destroyed.
My clothes would have laundry detergent stains all over them because the workers would just poor detergent on the clothes without any water.
Some days my laundry would smell clean then last week i picked up my laundry it smelled like dirty water as if their was no soap detergent evan used.
Will never use them again.
Will make sure my family and local neighbors in whitestone and flushing never use them again unless the heavy set female worker in her 40’s is fired for ruining my clothes.

Clean laundromat, extremely nice lady owner. Goes out of her way to help you.
Drop off service is one of a kind. Open 7 days, really early until night.

Bayside, NY
Nice and clean little laundromat. The lady who works there was very nice and helpful. It is located in a nice shopping center with a large parking lot, which made it very convenient not worrying about parking. Also there are a bunch of stores you can check out while waiting. There’s a supermarket, raindew, bank, pizzeria, Chinese food etc.

so this is the first time i’ve interacted with the lady who works there, i thought she was just doing her own laundry and didn’t pay her no mind. she kindly stopped me from going all the way to the back to make change (the machine was next to her) and also helped me out with my questions not being a regular patron of laundromats. the clothes came out clean, it’s a little pricey i think, but all was well and i’m satisfied with my laundromat experience.
btw, it’s nice going super-​early, and rain-​dew next door doesn’t open until 9am! (neither does citibank.)
