Had gone to this place for a couple of years to launder shirts. Generally fine until lately.
For the last couple of weeks, the shirts have come back smelling musty. I mentioned it to them and they swear that nothing has changed. My best guess is that the water or steam machine they use needs cleaning.
I’ve never had a major problem with them before. They tend to destroy the sleeve buttons in the cleaning process and I’ve never complained about that. I’m not going back unless I find out they somehow fixed the odd smell.
If they do fix it, I would honestly give them a try again.
