My daughter and I LOVE Chuck E Cheese! The people are always so friendly and helpful who work here.

This Chuck E Cheese is HORRIBLE! We’ve been here several times with our daughter. The games are always broken or out of tickets. Today the whole place stunk like sewage. The ticket counter machine was broken and wouldn’t take our tickets, so my 3 year old daughter left without a cheap little toy from their toy counter and was absolutely heartbroken. Chuck E Cheese himself NEVER makes an appearance here either. There are never staff present on the floor to help and a manager is never visible to complain to about how horrible this place is. We will not be back, and I will continue to spread the word of how awful this location truly is.

Only a shadow in the grandness that Chuck E. Cheese used to be. To begin with the lights are way too bright to the point of not even being able to see the screens on the(2) yeah count em, two video games. What is lost? Good Pizza. Chuck E. Cheese used to be on the cutting edge of mass produced pizza by offering a now rare topping that used to make their pizza special. Linguiça. Linguica is no longer offered and you can get better pizza in the mall food court. So treasured were the days when Dad could drink beer and smoke cigarettes while playing Donkey Kong, Q-Bert, Pac Man, Missile Command, Defender, Zaxxon, Sinistar, etc. Now I understand the no smoking, but the now beer thing is not cool, and the no video games is absurd. No cybernetics anymore. No Chuck E. in person. What is there still to go for? The name alone?
