Lumber Liquidators

I don’t know who it was we dealt with, he had gray hair and glasses and was taller but he was a total jerk. Lumber liquidators prices are great, so we went for the best deal we could on bamboo floor and this guy starts interrogating us on every aspect of installation because we had all tools and materials needed aside from flooring. Apparently this was not okay with him, he was extremely rude when dealing with us. almost everyone is rude there apart from a younger kid that helped us load the stuff up. The bamboo floor is great, but when we didn’t want any additional products from this «salesperson» he became curt and unpleasant. Won’t ever buy from this store again not even if the flooring is 1 cent a square foot.

I recently bought new laminate flooring to redo my old laminate, which had been damaged from rain water seeping in from under a door. Take time to compare the flooring at the big box stores to what you’ll find at Lumber Liquidators; at Lumber Liquidators, you’ll find an excellent selection of flooring that is higher quality than what you’ll find elsewhere.
Regarding customer service: if you shop at the Colmar, PA store, do yourself a favor and call ahead to see if Thomas is working. If you want excellent service, an abundance of information, if you’re hesitant or unsure as to whether you should finally do your flooring project or need help choosing the right flooring to suit your needs, THIS IS YOUR GUY! He helped me immensely. He’s friendly and gives excellent customer service.
I installed the flooring myself and used LL’s website and YouTube videos to help. There’s a 1 – 800 number to call where you can also get technical help. I love the flooring (Kensington Manor — Warm Chestnut Springs), and I’m so glad I went with Lumber Liquidators.
