Poor customer service at photo dept from employee who identified himself as the manager. I had some difficulty ordering pictures from my the website this time, and the manager acknowledged that the difficulty was likely due to the fact that the photo machine has not been functioning properly. Ultimately, I had three photo orders waiting for me, when the website stated that only two actually went through. Which order was the duplicate? The burden was on the customer to go through 3 packages of 100 randomly-ordered pictures to find out. Since the difficulties in the photo department caused this problem, I asked the manager if he could simply sell me the photos at the current sale price(they weren’t on sale if you days ago when I ordered them), which would reduce some of the excess cost for the third order. He declined. I told him that I could simply go home and place a new order, and never«pick up» the pictures in question. He cheerfully agreed, stating, «of course you have a right to do that.» He then offered me the Walgreens 800-number to complain. His behavior was so taunting and deliberately unhelpful that I felt I should oblige his request and complain about him. Word to the wise: If your Walgreens photo order seems problematic, don’t pick it up. Just start over with a new order at another Walgreens, or elsewhere, because you will not receive any help at the Walgreens store level.

This is a good store, usually very clean but the staff are terrible. You can tell that they do not want to be there and they do not want to help you with anything. had pictures printed here of a florida vacation and the staff had me wait in the store for a half hour for the pictures to be printed when they were supposed to be done by the time I arrived, and on top of that after waiting i had to come back the next day to get them because they couldnt download my pictures at that time. Overall the pictures were nice and the price was nice but I will go to a different walgreens.
