We stopped in here by chance. It’s an amalgamation of all things random and nifty. They seem to specialize in the beautiful, unique, and sometimes just plain funny. You never know what they’re going to have. I bought a really beautiful glass necklace for 25 bucks– hand-crafted by a local artisan. They also have some things that were amazing, for a pretty low price(like a giant wrought iron lantern, priced at $ 45) There were also some one-of-a-kind art that was a bit more ‘spensive. You never know what to expect to find at the Attic– but what ever it is, it’ll be cool. This is a good place to shop for gift ideas. I think my favorite thing about the Attic is that it is very openly GLBT friendly. I would guess the owner(who is a super nice guy) is likely gay. This is the first openly GLBT business i’ve found here. It reminded me of the community of businesses in New Orleans that I used to frequent. Hooray! And in the springs, to boot!
