Wendy’s

I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles and no sauce… I got a cheeseburger with 4 tiny pickles and ketchup on it. My receipt even read my order correctly.

No Frosties at 11:30pm on a warm night. Bummer!

First experience was good considering this is in Colton and areas kind of ghetto. This Wendy’s stands out is a new renovated upscale design. You don’t see this in San bernar ghetto. Good service fast on time and fresh.

I’ve been to this location several times since it opened and I love it. I haven’t had any issues with my orders and the food has always been hot. The interior is better than a lot of the Wendy’s I’ve visited.
The only thing that is a pain is the single soda machine they have there. When you go during the lunch rush, you will be waiting in line to get your drink. Only one person can get their drink at a time. I like the Coke machine because you have several flavors, but it takes forever to get your drinks. They need to invest in one more machine to help with the lines.

Got some Wendy’s for dinner tonight and my whole order was wrong!!! asked for my fries extra crispy and they were cold and soggy and when my wife told the girl (who couldn’t have been older then 19) about the problem with an attitude this girl tells her that there is nothing she can do about it since she already took the bag… once home I open my burger to find cheese on my no cheese hamburger!!! when we took it back the girl just stood talking to whomever was working the grill batting her long fake eyelashes (correct me if I’m wrong but aren’t fake eyelashes and acrylic nails agains food safety regulations???) and glaring at us because we wanted our order that we payed for to be corrected!!! The only reason this place is getting two stars is because of the very nice man who helped us with getting our order fixed but as for the hooker they had I guess playing manager tonight I will be calling and putting in a complaint with corporate on her… if u want to mess up go to McDonald’s they are expected to mess up there!!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I’ve been here 4 times. Half the time it’s good the other half was terrible! Poor customer service on couple visits. I asked for a tea. Then canceled and ordered a lemonade. After I paid I seen that I was charged for both. I addressed it and she said that that’s what I ordered. Ok but you didn’t give the tea! She rolled her eyes and shut the window and gave me a refund. Smh ok? Another night was fantastic the woman was VERY thorough. My order came out hot and perfect. Idk I guess it’s a hit or miss. But what fast food chain isn’t.

The first time I ate here at the grand opening it was amazing. Perhaps the presence of Corporate made the employees actually work. I’ve been back 3 times and the food is always COLD. Fire the Manager.

This Wendy’s just opened recently and this was my first visit. I Went through the drive through and had to repeat my order at least twice. Once I pulled up they still had the order wrong! Just like the other review, my drink tasted strange and I ended up throwing it away. Double check your order!

Food is good, but when I received my strawberry tea it tasted like a horrible cup of iced coffee! Make sure to check your order!
