The store uses poorly-​concealed deceptive practices to abuse consumers. I have a photograph of shoes advertised here for 50% off the original price, but the original price of $ 120 was scratched out using an ink pen and a new price of $ 200 was written. When the system rang up an original price of $ 120, the supervisor instructed the cashier the price was wrong and she needed to update it to $ 200.

What is it with this company? They have the best shoes. I get compliments on every pair I have purchased from them. I have worn the shoes out… comfortable, stylish styles. BUT THE SERVICE AND SIZE AVAILABILITY AT MALL LOCATIONS SUCK! Every shoe myself or my husband ask to try on are not available in our size. We are offered to order and have shipped to us or are brought 2 to 3 alternate styles to try on in same size requested or another close size. It just isn’t a good shopping experience. The staff actually appear to be trying to overcome the fact that they don’t have the right inventory. The staff don’t seem happy and cheerful to help, only stressed out that they can’t get us what we are asking for. I purchase shoes online sometimes, but when my husband or I need shoes for something special that we didn’t have enough time to really plan for, we go to the mall and expect to leave with whatever it is we need. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO IMPROVE IT’S BUSINESS PRACTICES AND SERVICE SO THEY CAN HELP CUSTOMERS BUY THEIR TERRIFICE PRODUCT.

Very disappointed that I walked in to grab the shoes I came into PURCHASE — not just try on!!! When I walked into the store no one has said hello although I was clearly seen by 3 different sales associates! Not a how can I help you. NOTHING! I’m sitting on the couch with shoe in hand and no service. Every other customer who walked in — no problem. Greeted right away. After i was eventually helped my concern wasn’t acknowledged. If I really didn’t need this shoe by the weekend I would order online. Will not be purchasing any shoes from this location again!
