Have been a loyal customer for several years now and received excellent service by their staff today. The two gentlemen guided me with my selection and offered different colors to pick from. Definitely will be back to this location for my next pair.

Love this brand, but not this store. Got a very sarcastic and rude sales guy who would mumble and walk off. I am deaf in one ear so that practice along with the general disregard for good service just tics me off. Walked out instead of buying as intended. Didn’t catch his name but he was a shorter Hispanic looking kid with a muscular build. May want to pass this place up and hit one of the department stores. Better deals anyway :)

Typical Johnston & Murphy store. A bit cramped but they have pretty much everything in their catalog here. If they do not have it on display just ask them. Also check the window displays because some of the newer items are there.
