We had a really great experience here. We worked with Bill who was absolutely fantastic! First, the store is so big and beautiful and open. I loved the environment. Second, Bill was very easy going and low-key. He definitely never put any pressure on us to buy anything or tried to upsell us on any bed. He gave us his honest opinion on the beds, explained the features clearly and told us when the extra features were worth it and when they weren’t. He started out by asking about any pains that my fiancé or I have and then he started trying us out of beds of differing firmness. He did this test where he had my fiancé lie on the bed then had him raise his arm straight up above his chest, like he was raising his hand in class. Then, Bill would press on his arm, as if trying to make him put his arm down. He did this on three different beds and on the beds of differing firmness it became harder and easier for my fiancé to keep his arm in place. He didn’t do this test on me, but I assume this gave him a good place to start with Nick and then we just decided if I felt good on those beds too. He asked us about our preferences on memory foam versus innerspring versus hybrid versus airbed, etc. We lied down on multiple beds mostly memory foam and hybrid since that was what we liked and we ended up liking two beds in particular. Bill let us have our time to lay as long as we liked and what I thought was a really important and really great touch, was that he gave us pillows to test them on. It is really hard to imagine yourself sleeping on mattresses without a pillow, but with a pillow, it just seems right! And Bill gave us especially nice pillows that were also for sale, and that was a really smart move on his part because… I’m going back tonight to get that pillow. :) After our first visit my fiancé and I had decided on a bed,(and a bed set from Furniture Row next door) but did not want to make a purchase on the same day. I went home and that night I had a nightmare about choosing the wrong bed and being stuck with it for years. So the next day we went back and I whined to Bill that I was freaked out about my choice and I needed to lie on it again and see a few more. He didn’t laugh(though he probably should have), he was very kind and understanding and let us lay on the beds again for as long as we wanted. Then when I had fully decided against my original 1st choice bed, we enlisted his assistance again for another consultation. Bill helped us look back at the 2nd bed that we had liked on the first visit. He showed us this bed and the two models that were«slightly better» and«slightly worse»(those are my words, not his) than that model. He explained the differences really carefully to us and helped us understand what the inner materials were made from and finally helped us come up with the best solution for our budget. Most importantly, he put my mind at full ease by explaining their 4 month«comfort guarantee» that we could return the mattress within 4 months if my nightmare did come true and I actually HAD made the wrong choice. And bonus, they delivered the mattress for free and disposed of my old one! Denver Mattress is awesome! Thank you Bill!(p.s. We’ve been sleeping on it for 2 days now and I LOVE it so far!)

I thought this was a nice store. Nick was our sales guy. He was patient with us and helped us pick out the right mattress. We got a Serta iseries. It is a great mattress. We picked it up ourselves because they were backed up on deliveries and couldn’t get to us for a couple weeks.
