I gave them one star because zero stars don’t register. I payed way too much, for such bad service. The furniture is cheeply made.

Buyer beware! You get a «lifetime» warranty for certain sofa sectionals, but what they don’t tell you is how long repairs take. I drop off 3 pieces to be repaired on Jan 16^th and was told by the guy that helped me unload that these are very common repairs (release cable broke), a quick fix. So I call 4 days later and I’m told that the repair guy is only there 1 day a week (Mondays) and he didn’t get mine repaired, but I’m first on the list for next week. So, I call next week and I’m told parts aren’t in it’ll be at least next week, and I’m told «We don’t have any idea how long it will take to get the parts in» wait… what?!? When I called over 10 days before I was told that it would be a fast turnaround. So, what they won’t tell you is that a «common» repair to a sofa purchased by them with the «lifetime» warranty could take at least 17 – 24 days or more like mine. Think about that before you purchase.
UPDATE: The new manager heard my complaint and made everything right! I’m still a little cautious, but at least everything is better now. Thanks!

There are three different «Stores» under one roof. They are «separated» by partitions and the types of furniture. The prices are fair and the selection is great. I thought the furniture section sales guys were the most helpful. They have many more items stashed int he back where house that they will show you and much of it is even less expensive! I purchased a chair, end table and lamp for about $ 150. NICE!
