D’s

I have visited this restuarant twice. The first time I ordered regular hot wings and fried zucchini. The second time I just ordered the lunch hot wings with seasoned fries. The first time I ate in and the second time I took my order to go.
I was please the with immediate help as I entered the restaurant. I was seated and my ordered was taken right away. The food came out pretty quick. The waitress was friendly, professional, and got my order correct.
Personally the zucchini could have been fried about 3 – 5 mins longer. The wings were very tasty and the fries are crinkle cut and cooked done.
The second visit was a little different. I called my order in. I received the same professional service; however, the food was different. The wings weren’t as tasty as the first time and my fries were under cooked. Which is a bummer because I love fries! This second visit kind of turned me off; however, I will eat here many more times just to try other menu items.

Let me start by saying the manager comped part of our meal. Needless to say, that shouldn’t need to happen. The food turned out pretty good, but we had to send some of it back when it took to long and got cold. Some of our plates were also incomplete. It really isn’t so busy that these kinds if thing would happen. Can I also add that we have been finished for long enough for me to log on and write this but our plates still haven’t been cleaned up?

There is nothing worse than paying $ 10 for a meal that you could make better in your own kitchen. I had the D’s burger and seasoned fries. The fries were mealy and the burger was overdone. I won’t be coming back

Will never go here again. The service has never been great but last night was the worst. We arrived and Hostess was not at Hostess stand but was sitting in a booth with another person (maybe another hostess) talking. However she responded quickly and seated us. We waited for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging us. We noticed that there was a table next to us with a family (two adults and a child) that a server was standing chatting with them about the person’s place of employment. We overheard him say «I will be stopping by to do some Christmas shopping». He left them and returned with their check and he continued the conversation. At this point my husband went up to the bar and asked if someone could find out who had our table. Someone from kitchen came out and asked the server who was engaged in conversation with the other table, to take care of us. He turned back to the table and made some comment to them and they all laughed. At this point my husband and I left. As I left I passed the hostess still sitting in the booth and I told her we were leaving because the server was more interested in his conversation than in serving us. She just sat and stared at me with no respone. I have already posted on facebook so all my friends will know about our experience and I will never go back. Which is a shame because we live in the Northeast area but next time I will just go to other end of shopping center and go to Henry’s. Service is always great and food is much better
