Horrible customer service at the print center with 3 separate print jobs. On two of the occasions the prints were incorrect. When I asked for an estimate of time so I could plan what to do with the kids, the supervisor told me to stop looking over her shoulder… odd to me. Overall very displeased with the work and service attitude of this store.

I placed an online order to pick up at this store. After calling the store to inquire about the status, both an employee and a «manager» kept giving me changing stories as to why more order could not be fulfilled. First, the item had been damaged by the manager, then it was a open box return from another customer, and finally my online order had a process hold because of a billing issue. Meanwhile, I spoke with Staples customer service twice and both times they flatly denied that anything was wrong with order. When I informed the store«manager’ of this, her attitude was basically, «oh well, too bad». I then asked for assistance with securing a replacement item and again, the manager refused to help. This store has hired incompetent, rude, and utterly clueless employees who couldn’t have made it more obvious they want nothing to do with providing basic customer service. AVOID!!! They clearly don’t want your business. ***I called Staples a third time and again they had no idea what this store location was talking about. They promptly changed the order to ship directly to me and I will receive it two days. Lesson learned about store pick ups… don’t waste your time at Staples Columbia Crossing***
