I’m giving Staples 4 stars solely based on their print center. I believe her name is Bianca and she is cool, calm and gets the job done. These print centers are usually full of flustered people who are trying to calm crazy customer demands. I had to print a 460 page book and she gave me a coupon that brought it down to $ 47. She recommended printing holes and just putting in a binder rather than spending money on a spiral bound option. Sold. They accidentally printed it on only one side of the paper and Bianca offered to reprint but I didn’t want to waste it. The rest of their store is okay. I have no idea how they stay in business. They don’t have many options and everything is expensive!

This should not be a surprise to most people who have shopped at Columbia Crossing Staples. But even this might shock you. I needed USPS to ship a package to New England. After I purchased 2nd day. I called the store later to find out if they offered a signiture requirement which is standard. The customer service employee went bezerk. She deleted my order, which there was a flashing sign that told her«Do not delete». She did anyways. I now had an order maybe with no tracking number, no physical receipt. She slammed the phone down and screamed when I asked«Why did you do that?» Which any normal person would have asked. I was then forced to call their other store to beg them to fax me the receipt. Their manager hid in his office and let her get away it. I had to call corporate office. But buyer beware. All avenues to USPS were filled with liars. USPS is corrupt. Beware of that company. Does that make you feel bad USPS or any other company that I outed you for being sucky, and unprofessional. Shooot. You had it coming. If you one of those socipaths that acts worried about your reviews. Maybe you should thought of that when you hired nut jobs for employees. Your paranoid. Finally as as American it’s called freedom of speech. Look it up commie. Its not good good work. Its called unprofessional for a reason.

Between the service at this store and their failures at keeping products in stock; this store is a fail. Staples also really needs to have a top-to-bottom overhaul of their website. There is a huge disconnect between the website and their stores. The website tech rep instructed me to call the store, the store referred me to the website. I’m taking my publishing and marketing business to FedEx.

Ordered a laptop online for store pickup. Trying to do the rebate now. I should be able to do online. It won’t allow me. Customer service was unable to assist. So I have to fill out a form and mail in. This process is not easy. Takes you from site to site. Not worth it. I think the rebate deal is a scam. Should not be this hard. Better just to pay a normal price and not have to deal with this.

Solid three stars Nothing really special about this store. They have good selections and store is clean and organize. They have good on sale items in the front by cash registers!

The merchandise is under the wrong prices in some aisles which is impossible to know what is correct. I asked the Manager for help and she bit my head off. Bad day I guess. I am steering clear of this store in the future.
