Found this place through Groupon. 1st mani pedi was the worst shellac ever. Called and redone at no charge with a different person. She was great but when I called to rebook with her, she is no longer working. Booked with a third person, again awful. Lasted 48 hours before it was chipping. Called and 3 fingers were redone which took over an hour. She also painted over some nails that were wearing already. So… my nails have various lumps and bumps from being retouched. It appears this place has trouble keeping help. Sorry, but if the job can’t be done right the first time, I don’t have time in my schedule to keep coming back for redo’s. The person who works the desk early morning has little personality and is not very helpful.

Really terrible customer service and the quality of service was poor. Service did not reflect what was described on groupon. I am glad that it was purchased through groupon and I got a refund from them. I am not going back. It is my worst spa experience ever.

Update review– still had pretty good service but am leaving updated review. I originally went in to get my nails done bc I had like $ 20 on a gift certificate. They couldn’t figure out something with the old gift certificate then mention a rly great 2 spray tans for $ 35 deal. So I said ok no problem I’ll just pay for this manicure and you can out the gift cert towards the tans. They call and say that was an old promotion that ended but will still give it to me for that price, since that’s what I was using my gift card for and already had for my nails. I get there and they said it’s no good. So I paid for my nails the first time for no reason really bc I got no tan deal. I versa spa for $ 14 and would’ve just done that. I had to pay $ 11(not including tip) on top of my gift card. It wasn’t five star the first time but I wasn’t bad by any means.

Just an update — I never heard from the owner of this establishment again; neither did my co worker. The gift certificates purchased for us by our faculty member we not honored or refunded. I continue to warn everyone I know about this unprofessional and shady establishment. I am surprised they are still open, but I’m sure it’s only by duping poor folks with Groupons. Heed my warning — it’s just not worth it. Go somewhere else. This place is awful.

Went a few months back. The staff is very friendly and the studio is lovely. I just wasn’t blown away. There are other places in town that charge less and take a little more time of the pedicure side of things. Good place, just pricey.

I’m from out of town and decided to stop by after seeing a groupon deal for a shellac mani and spa pedi. Well… next time I’ll do my research prior to an impromptu visit. Although the lady who did my nails was super nice and relatable, I walked away extremely disappointed. She barely trimmed my cuticles(I could’ve done a better job myself) and the polish on both my fingers and toes is uneven and crooked. Maybe they shouldn’t advertise nail services if they do such a crappy job.

I, like many others, purchased a Groupon for the shellac man & express pedi and upgraded to the spa pedi. After my appointment there were just a couple of things that I was not 100% elated with and(unlike some others who commented on here) called them up to let them know. Myrna(clearly a humongous step up from whatever previous manager was there) took the time to listen to the issue and remedied it on the spot. The epitome of great customer service! They guarantee all of their work, but I guess a lot of people don’t realize that. They may not be a large scale establishment, however its like getting to hang out with some girlfriends while getting pampered. I only wish I made enough to be about to go there all the time(I don’t usually get my nail done unless its a special occasion). Take advantage of their Groupon while you still can!!!

Most of the reviews on here are from last year, but it seems clear that they have changed a lot of procedures. My experience was very pleasant! I took a friend for mani/pedis as a birthday present and the two attendants were very professional. They were thorough and pleasant to work with. The studio itself is clean and polished — they offer complimentary drinks which I thought was a nice touch. And my nails look great! No complaints, I would definitely recommend!

I have been 3 times. 1st time was adequate, 2nd time was not good at all — over promised and under delivered. 3rd time was horrible. These are all service issues. I called for a manager 2 times and emailed for her once and never got a call or email back. The product is fine the service is not. Way too many nail places in town to waste time and money on this place. I tried to help by speaking with a manager but she won’t call me back. Sad state of affairs that obviously starts with poor leadership.

I got a manicure and pedicure here tonight. It was by far THEWORST manicure and pedicure I have ever received. I would give it 0 stars if I could. My nails looked like a five year old painted them — the nail polish is all over my toes and fingers. It literally looks worse than doing it myself. Also, while I was there, the manicurist had her roommate and roommate’s niece there. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I could not wait to leave. I do not know how this establishment is in business to be honest. I went here because I wanted to save a couple bucks with a coupon — BIGMISTAKE. I was highly disappointed and will never return. I suggest you do the same.
