The Den

Every experience I’ve had with the Den so far has been great and helpful! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Looking forward to moving in in a couple of weeks!

I like it here, the apartments are super nice. I also really like how pet friendly it is. The residents however, could be more courteous towards others. They’re loud at all hours of the night.

I have not moved into the den yet, but I have visited many times to keep looking at my future apartment. Everyone is super friendly and inviting and I can’t wait to live here!

I was really excited to move into this apartment complex because it looked so nice! Moving day I walked in and was taken back because my room was so incredibly small. Not only was 1 room tiny, and the other was huge. They didn’t let you see what your apartment looked like until you moved in. Eventually I got over that but now I’m over the apartment altogether. The people above us are extremely loud, and when telling the front desk they do nothing about it. Our utilities are always over what they say they are and is usually $ 40 over a month.
Another complaint I have is when I get home from work at night the parking lot is usually dark as ever. The parking lot lights are rarely on, and when they are on, I pull into the parking space and they turn off.
The staff has overall been very friendly but I can’t help but think they continuously blame the bills on the City of Columbia. It gets frustrating when we were promised a certain amount, and its constantly more than expected. Overall, this place is poorly built, and when the person above you drops a pen it sounds like a weight.
