Came here on a Saturday evening not very busy. Asked to sit outside to enjoy ambiance. Was sat next to a big party of 8. The waitress was in training. We ordered our beers, waited 30 min for one beer due to the other waitress having our waitress help her. To be honest our waitress got punked into helping making us wait for our beers. Once we ordered we ordered a basket of fried pickles and some burgers. Specifically asked for our pickles to come out first. Waited 40 min, then I asked my waitress where our pickle basket was at? She replied that the other waitress took it for the big table. Then I said to her, you already took forever to get us beer now our appetizer. There’s no order between the waitress and Instead of the waitress with the party of 8 getting these waitresses that are bullshitting with customers(smoking and Joking) behind us.(Don’t know if they are off or on break) to help her out instead of our poor waitress in training. I asked to see the manager but this would suffice, guy needs get a clue. I wish I could give negative stars, do not recommend to come here for a bite to eat. If you do stay away from big tables! Update– waitress forgot my tab, could left without paying but who does that nowadays. Told her that there wasn’t any charge on my tab. Waiting for my tab.

Me and my friend ordered 2 cheese burgers both with bacon, 1 without tomatoes, with mayo and mustard on the side, with extra crispy fries. Simple order right? Well we got 2 cheese burgers with NOBACON, NO Mayo on the side or otherwise, 1 with NOONIONS, the other with caramelized onions. The fries were not extra crispy. Now it was only us and 1 other at the bar and the place was pretty much empty yet our wait was around 30 or more mins. Waited that long to receive a messed up order! The beer as always was very cold but I wanted food. We didn’t stay and the manager cleared our check. I’ve noticed this downward path months ago with this place. They really need to do better. Having skimpy dressed girls is no substitute for messing up customer’s food orders. It’s been months since I’ve been there and it looks like it will be even longer if I go back. At Wild Wings Café in the Vista now. Even our waitress here heard of this from customers who left Twin Peaks and came here. Twin Peaks you’re really slipping… You must do better.

I’ve seen the reviews and went here with some friends. It was Thursday at dinner time and well… it was good. We were seated quickly and waitress was friendly and attentive. I had the Billionaire Burger and it was a damn good burger. I say look past some of the reviews and give it a shot.

Had a terrible experience here. First the waitress took forever to get us our beers then even longer to finally take our food order. The food did come out pretty quickly but she had screwed up the order. The wings tasted terrible, which you would think a place like this would have figured out. We had a normal sized table and somehow that still made it so there was an automatic 18% tip when there was no way she deserved that much. Definitely don’t recommend going here unless you plan to sit at the bar and just drink a beer.

Well, we have been here twice… both times with my little one. The first visit was after Thanksgiving on our way back home. We walked in and saw the sign that says wait to be seated… after 5 mins i decided to just find a seat on my own. As we walked past the greeting station, we made eye contact with a waitress who seated us immediately in a booth(i liked this because we had our own tv and a good view of others as well. The service was great. The burger was nice but i think i just didn’t enjoy the bacon and whatever the sauce was. Cooked well and seemed fresh unlike other reviews have stated as an issue. I won’t comment on my child’s food as I didn’t deal with it more than cutting it up and putting ketchup and bbq sauce onto the plate. Overall, good experience after the lack of greeter incident. Ok 2nd visit, same lack of a greeter @4pm. Shift change or not this is a little of what I’d consider to be a problem. This time we didn’t wait 5 minutes… I gave them«Chuck Woolery 2 n 2». As we walk in, I was hoping to get noticed once I passed the wall/greeter’s station(that should just be deconstructed and utilized in another manner) Well, that didn’t happen this time. In fact, we walked all the way in… past the bar and other booths. Not for sure how many were there. But we passed 2 wait staff that were probably getting in and we’re engaged in small talk before going to the break room or locker area. Also saw 2 behind the bar, one seated at a table with customers. And we reached a booth back near the kitchen where i know the wait staff must pass and often no matter where their respective areas are. About 10 mins go by before a server came by and asked if our order had been taken. Today she was the savior before I got up and slowly shuffled out). I’m not sure but i believe she had just got on and was there only for the evening shift. So, after watching a little AFL&NBA action, placed drink orders, looked over the menus. Took some recommendations into consideration… went with an IHOP fav of mine… CHICKENFRIEDSTEAK!!! Lil one had chicken tenders and fries from kiddo’s menu. So after the orders were placed, we got small talk with our server. It was pleasant. Talked about children… biological and the furry 4 legged ones as well. Server then went and checked on our order which seemed to be an issue for the cooks or should I say the cook? Looked like one man was back there churning out the orders. About 5 minutes between our plates coming out. If this place ever got slammed with food orders… this cook would be to blame for a loss of profits, due to the load being all on him/her. I’ve seen managers in other spots jump in the kitchen and keep plates cranking out of the kitchen in per table orders. This might be a spot that is made to drink at more than come and enjoy a meal at. Overall it was decent. Food was good not timely, but good and fresh. Both visits were mid afternoon and it wasn’t even that busy either time. This establishment easily looks like it could hold 100+ including the outside seating. Both times the servers made up for trying to correct the initial notions of terrible dining experiences. For that, I say Kudos to Teaira & Carrie on their redemptive efforts. As for myself, i will partake at another establishment that is more prepared for our business.

Auto-gratuity on a party of 2? What is this, Myrtle Beach? 1 star because there are so many better options in the Vista. Food and drinks were average, but nothing says screw you customers like auto gratuity!

Wife an I went to the SC Museum in Columbia, SC and our lunch was a sandwich so we needed a bit more before the drive home so found Twin Peaks just a few blocks away on very busy Gervais Street. We could not see parking by this corner restaurant/bar so parked across the street in a grocery parking lot. The walk to the restaurant was not one to do with an aging adult. Fortunately we were lithe enough to dash to the narrow median and then to the sidewalk. There was plenty of parking BEHIND the restaurant so do that rather than be a moving target as we did. A very nice sports bar with some of the best TV coverage I have experienced in such places. There is even a small TV screen at your table. There were a lot of events being covered, so you can catch whatever sports event that is going on. It was an off time, around 3pm but it was LOUD. Menu is more than a bar menu so lots of fast-food-like items offered and the bar is very complete. Servers are in halter tops and short-shorts and Tiara the hostess, after seeing us sitting for awhile, came by to take our order. On the wall is a screen that gives a constant read-out on the beer temperature and that it is always kept below freezing. It ran from 27 °F to 30 °F throughout our visit. Remember this if it is summer and you are seeking solace from the southern 90 °F temperatures and 99% humidity. A fine oasis it is. Food was OK and it was clean, including the rest rooms. Prices were OK, but a bit high. Don’t know about drinks as I was driving and was looking forward to meeting the State Troopers on the drive home.

No, no and no. Went over on Monday evening, very quiet inside, I’d say 15 guys. I sat at bar but waitress behind bar was too busy talking to other guys, and I was the only white person in there, was that the issue? Ordered food and beer at a waitress that was serving tables. Second round of food came out cold, I sent it back. Stay away from this place. Management: step up.

Awful service. I’ve probably only walked out out on 3 restaurants in my life and this is one of them. I cannot believe a chain restaurant can be this poor at service in this day in age. If you want a sports bar, Carolina ale house is a better option(not amazing, but the better choice)

It is what you expected, and that’s actually a big positive these days. They meet expectations service wise and food wise(for the most part). Love the fish tacos but the wings? They are delicious but a dozen wings can fit inside a tea cup, honestly. It’s a shame to any wings compared to any sports bar in the world ever. Staff is great and they really nail the sports atmosphere perfectly especially for their location. No need to look further for a sports bar if that’s what you have in mind, well either there or Wild Wings Café — it’s a toss up.

Inside was packed with people and TV screens on every corner and at the tables. Atmosphere outside was nice and cozy around the fireplace. Nice place to have a drink and hang out with friends. Yes the drinks are to expensive, the girls looked horrible, didnt try the food because I had eaten at a Fab place prior to arriving. The drinks we had were Ok, nothing to brag about, hubby stated way to expensive. Probable not a place I would go back to unless they change the inside atmosphere.

Went here for a drink on a Friday night. Let me start off by saying, this place is loud… very loud. Overall, the Twin Peak Girls aren’t that good at serving drinks. They only want to flirt to get a big tip. The management didn’t’ seem to care we waited for quite a long time. The price for the drinks and what little food we had we very expensive. The kicker, my beer flight log thing(what they bring the beer in) had bits of food in it, do they even wash these? Overall just a horrible experience and I don’t think I will be back.

We waited 25 minutes(10 min before server came by and 15 min after order was taken) and were never served and all we ordered was beer. Mid afternoon and it wasn’t even that busy. On to next bar that might appreciate the business.

Une place agréable pour regarder un match et boire une bière entre amis. L’ambiance est toujours là et le service toujours très agréable. La nourriture y est agréable aussi. Je recommande pour une super soirée entre amis.

Walked in, no one at the counter. Had to find a server, who was sitting ignoring everyone. Service is crap, and so is the food! AVOID this place at all cost, there are several better restaurants close by.

My boyfriend and I were planning on hosting a gathering at this Twin Peaks and made an «event» on Facebook for it. A handful of friends, who are members of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, said they would love to go, but would not attend due to their policy on «biker clubs and colors.» All Twin Peaks evidentially banned all«clubs and colors» after the Waco situation. I called to ask if the ban was still in place and was told, and I directly quote the young man who answered, «yeah, no clubs or colors at all, we don’t want any of that stuff here.» We promptly changed the location of our gathering after the disrespectful answer and tone of voice of the employee. Twin Peaks can have whatever national policies they would like, but don’t expect my patronage for subpar food, pushy employees, and literally frozen/slushy beer. My money will go else where.

Walk in get a seat at bar. Its shift change at happy hour… WTF?! Get a drink menu… Wait… wait…mangr asks you been helped? Told him waiting. New shift girl aaks and takes care of me after other girl informs me i need to pay my tab. Usually this is no problem so i just go with the flow to see how this place runs. So infinally get and drink and order food. Food comes out and its just a cheap ass burger and fries nothing special. And then i get asked 47 times how is it? I repy its alright very sarcastically and noone picks up on it. Long story short the hood rats and white trash showing their ink and skin is supposed to make you forget about shitty service and crappy over priced food. Stay Away!

Great food! Service was a little slow, but the food makes up for it. I tried the pretzel, which was salty and soft and the cheese sauce is great with it. The BELT is really good too. I also tried the venison chili cheeseburger. The chili was excellent, but the burger was small and didn’t have much flavor. Overall, this place was great. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Went here with a group of friends for a birthday dinner. The service was lacking and the food was mediocre at best. Had a person at our table ask for a brown ale and the server recommended the lumberjack. Which turned out to be a cherry cider beer which as you know is NOT a brown ale he told her this was not what he wanted to drink she refused to take it away and did not ask him if he wanted another drink. After another 20 mins she came back by the table to see if anyone else wanted another drink and he was finally able to order another beer. Even then she would not remove the drink from the table and he was still charged for it even though he sat untouched on the table for the entire stay. Also, it was the bartenders and other serves to bring our drinks and food. Took our server a good 15 mins to split our checks, which with only 4 checks to split should not have been a difficult thing, And she still got them wrong, and charged for the Lumberjack beer that she was told more then once that it was not what he ordered and he would not be drinking it. For the price of the food it should have been better. I will say they actually got the temp of my steak correct though. Would have rather gone to chili’s and gotten much better service and food. Certainly will not be back.
