A friend and I recently went to the store to check out some items and had a wonderful shopping experience. The sales ladies were very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us find items in the patterns we were looking for. Some of the items we were looking for were not in store, but they found my friend’s item at another store and ordered it for her. I came back the next day after buying two items and was indecisive about the third, and I was helped immediately. One of my items was not in store, but it was ordered for me to be sent to my house. I would definitely enjoy coming back to this store. They are very hospitable and diligent when servicing customers, even in a busy store when I went back. They are also knowledgeable about the company history and can explain it to customers who inquire. Two thumbs up!

Cute store, it’s unfortunate the customer service is sub par. Granted, it was Christmas shopping season, so they were busy, but I was patient, scanned the store for what I was looking for. Found it, but not in the pattern I wanted. Salesperson asked if I needed help, so I enlisted her to help me search the store for this particular item in the correct pattern. No luck. So I stood in line for about 15 minutes so that I could buy my second choice along with about $ 200 in merchandise. Everything seems fine, right? Except, as I’m walking out of the store, I see a bin filled with the item I was looking for in the correct pattern. I take one, turn around and head back to the register. I show the sales lady, who is now waiting on someone else and she says, «oh! You found it! Wait one second while I finish this up and we can exchange it through the register. «. So I wait… and wait… and this customer is annoyed and having her redo the whole transaction… etc, you get the picture. It took a long time. When she was through, she told me to go to the end of the line, it wasn’t fair to the other customers. This is after waiting another 5 – 10 min for her to «finish up with this customer». I was shocked, asked the manager if she could quickly exchange these out, bc ultimately, this was the one I was looking for and she said no, I needed to go to the end of the line. And then proceeded to tell me to take a deep breath. It made me laugh, bc she was quite condescending and I wasn’t that angry, just was explaining that I felt it was unreasonable for me to have to wait at the end of the line for a quick exchange that they failed to locate for me in the first place. It’s unfortunate, bc I left without exchanging the item and left with a really bad taste in my mouth. I probably would have returned everything if I didn’t have to sit in a line for 20 minutes to do it. Too bad they didn’t get it. I like the stuff but will stick with the online store.
