This is a newer establishment which is seeking to fill the vast void of safe and trendy bars near Merion Village and South German Village. It has several televisions for your viewing pleasure, a nice pool table, and a small high street patio. The bartender I encountered was talkative and seemed to know his way around a beer tap — good sign in my book.
Overall, it is a nice walkable location and I hope it continues to be supported by locals. People are friendly and it is a perfect place to either begin or end your night on the town.

Brand new neighborhood bar. They have a decent happy hour and everyone is very friendly. My friend and I sat at the bar and enjoyed talking to the other folks at the bar. It wasn’t very busy but we came right after work and from what we heard from the owner, he’s already sponsoring a softball team at Berliner so they were going to show up later.
Since it’s so new, there’s not much to write yet other than they have free pool and free foosball! They have quite a few TV’s. They have a mini-​patio out front too but you’d get a lot of High Street noise. The owner has a quasi partnership with Plank’s on High so you can order food and they’ll deliver it. The owner paid for our meals!!! Since we were first-​timers, he paid for our pizza and couldn’t have been a nicer guy. They will have food eventually
