Great place. Great location. Awesome food. Terrific staff. Parking never an issue. Plenty of TV’s to watch sports events. Live golf system rocks!!!

With no exaggeration, the worst experience I have ever been a part of.
The clubhouse advertised that they host fantasy football draft parties, which included a large pizza and 2 free pitchers of beer. What a great deal! So I called and scheduled my draft for a Sunday evening at 5. The employee on the phone told me I would have the whole upstairs from 5 to 8 PM and I was scheduled and ready to go. I showed up, and we had the entire upstairs, as advertised, but thats when the smooth sailing stopped. The server was unaware of the pizza and pitcher special that was advertised on posters throughout the restaurant in the prior weeks, but went to ask her manager about it. She returned to let us know the pizza oven was not working, but offered buckets of wings instead and agreed to the pitchers. I would love to tell you the buckets of wings came, but they didn’t. A member of my party asked for a drink and was ignored twice, then brought the wrong drink after the third request, and finally on the 4^th request he was brought the correct beverage. The server brought out the wrong wings for someone in my party and never offered to to fix the mistake, but instead just set them on the table. Fries were brought out before the food, which is not a problem, but the server was insistent that mine were coming out with my wings, so the «extra» basket of fries she had in her hand that were clearly the ones I ordered, were set in the middle of the table. Of course, when my food came out, «my» fries were nowhere to be found, the «extra» fries (mine) were eaten by the other people in my party with the assumption they were just an extra basket and I was offered no fix for the mistake.
Oh well, those are all small things that I accepted as oversights that occur when bringing a large group to a restaurant, but they weren’t done. The server came up and told us they closed at 7. Their info says they close Sunday’s at 10pm, and the gentleman on the phone said we had the room until 8. After clarifying this was not a mistake on her part, we were told we would need to leave at 7. Thankfully, some sort of manager came and talked to us and told us we could stay until 8 as long as we were fine with them cleaning up around us. Of course we had no problem with this solution and continued our draft under the information we just received, where we would have another hour. Welllllllllllllll, we didn’t. The bartender asked us «If we got the memo» about us having to leave before 8, which eventually allowed us to look around at 14 different faces, and unanimously agree that this was the worst service experience of our lives.
Just some more notes: To add to the complete failure by this wait staff, the server brought back 3 quarters when she was asked to break a dollar bill and then they lost my card when I cashed out. Two of the employees were making out in the dining room as well, so be careful if that kind of thing makes you uncomfortable.
I will say that the «manager» apologized and took some things, like soda and some wings, off of our bill, but the price of our check was not the point. The service seemed intentionally disrespectful. It was mistake after mistake after miscommunication after oversight that felt like they didn’t even try. We felt like uninvited guests in someone’s home that was desperately trying to get us to leave. It is a shame, because the space is great and the food isn’t bad, but it seems like a bad prank show, or a terrible social experiment. You may have a different experience than me, and I hope you do, but everyone who mentions The Clubhouse to me will hear this story.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised! It’s bar food, so don’t expect anything healthy, but everything was plated well and tasted great! They also have one of the best house margaritas in Columbus. It was really busy on the evening we went because of a softball tournament, so they were out of a few things we wanted to try, but the service was still good and the atmosphere was really fun. We’ll be back!

Great sports bar with good food. If you need a party bus you can’t go wrong with Wille and the Flo Ryder!
The Friday steak special is outstanding.

It’s really a shame. The food is delicious! However the service and the atmosphere leave something to be desired. There were 2 young waitresses who were literally clinging to the bar gossiping with each other and flirting with other people while eating French fries instead of helping customers. This went on for at least an hour. Also. There was a major bug problem. Hopefully the owners can get involved with the wait staff because I think the food is awesome but sitting in there was torturous.

Great open-​air establishment.
I went to The Clubhouse on Greenlawn Av for the first time Saturday night on a whim. This building has been so many different things over the years that I normally pass it by on my way to German Village. I’m a fan of the open-​air sports restaurants, and decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised.
Good atmosphere, plenty of flat-​screens, food was above par for what I normally experience in such a place. My wife and I had their small Filet (came with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans). Not the best Filet I’ve ever had, but then again the entire meal was $ 15. It ranked up there with a good sirloin. My son had the double-​cheeseburger (looked great) and fresh-​cut fries (which were awesome). The menu also has other sports bar staples like wings, a variety of sandwiches and burgers, but they also have real meals (like my Filet).
My kids are past the youth baseball age, and I’m not into softball so in the 26 years I’ve lived in Cbus, I’ve never been to Berliner Park (across the street). Seems like a great location to pick up some of that crowd after a day at the ballpark; they’ve done a great job with the place; and the food is inexpensive and well prepared.
I’ll go back again.

I visited this bar to meet a friend for a few cocktails.
I must say that I enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s a very chill sports bar with a garage patio.
They serve their cocktails in mason jars and cool looking copper jars. The bartenders, servers and others customers were very friendly. I didn’t have any food, so can’t speak on the food.
But if your looking for a friendly casual bar with great drinks, I would recommend this place.

Food was slow as hell. Apparently there was some problem in the kitchen but the server should have told us, not the bartender 40min later
Food was good when it arrived. The menu was very limited (couple burgers, wings, pizza that’s about it). Server gave up when she realized the food was late so can’t say that was good.
They comp’sthe meal so that’s what saved this from 1 star.
Might come back if suck in the area but idk

Cool atmosphere when the garages are open! Good music! Good food! And lots of cool deals throughout the week. Waitress was nice and she was on top of things.
I ordered a cheese burger roll appetizer. It has mushrooms which wasn’t mentioned on the menu, but other than that– was tasty.
Also ordered the spin dip. So good– the fried pitas are delicious with the dip. Yum yum.
Good place to watch any game– they have lots of TVs. I’ll definitely come back.

I’ve been coming to The Clubhouse for a couple of months and I remain impressed by the quality of the food. Sure, it’s standard bar fare, but it’s fresh, not frozen, and it’s nicely prepared and presented. The Friday Night Filet Special is delicious, properly seasoned always cooked perfectly.
It is a great place to watch sports, with it’s abundant TV screens. The staff is helpful, courteous, and professional.

Really great environment! Food was great (highly recommend the cheese balls)! Plenty of tv’s with sports on them. Ice cold beer. I will definitely be back!

Do not come here unless you plan on having at least an hour and a half to spare. My boyfriend purchased a deal ($ 20 for $ 40). First off, we were freezing the entire time. They have all of the windows open when it is 40 degrees outside. The place looks okay inside (plenty of flat screen tvs, music, etc). The prices are fantastic and the food tasted decent. The service was the worst part. The waitress brought me the wrong drink, then didn’t check on us for god knows how long. The manager (I’m assuming) did check on us once, which was helpful and he got us refills. However it took us forever to get a check and there were three girls at the register on their phones texting, talking about Facebook, and eating French fries. Not the best experience for our weekend date, especially when we had other obligations planned. We do not plan on returning.

This is easily becoming my new favorite spot in the area. Has a good young (25 – 35) crowd, is very clean/​new looking, with plenty of space/​parking/​tvs!
On Wednesdays you can get a whole large pizza and pitcher of beer for only 12 bucks! Mondays, hot dogs are 10 cents! What’s not to love.
With all that said, I’m honestly scared that this place may eventually go out of business; just because of it’s obscure location and there never seems to be many people there…
With that said, if you have a decent size group, this is definitely the place to go!

I contacted an owner on a Sunday evening to relocate our engagement party there for that coming Saturday night. He was very accomodating and had the second floor open for us. It was very easy for us to order a couple platters, we ordered the chicken wings, hummus and hot artichoke dip with pitas, veggie and cheese tray, and a couple pizzas! We had a party of 35 – 40 and we had plenty of food that everyone loved! Service was great, we had two servers that were quick to get everyone drinks and they keep them full! Great service, food, and atmosphere!

This is a great little place you need to try. I enjoyed my visit immensely! They have good Happy Hour specials as well as nightly deals. The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the recommendations of our server, Nicole. There were plenty of TVs located all around if you want to catch a game.
We had onion rings, cheese ball and cheese burger egg roll apps. All were very good.
As far as drinks we all settled on the Caramel apple Cider which was awesome. It is served chilled but they were nice enough to serve it hot for us (hey, it was cold out).
The wings were very good although I thought a little pricey at a buck a wing. I had Mac burger which is a burger stuffed w Mac and cheese. Pretty good!
This place is worth a try — pretty close to brewery district and German Village. Should be rocking once softball gets going at Berliner!

I guess I went at the wrong time, because I could not have gotten out of there faster! I wasnt even done eating and I begged my husband to get a box because I just had to leave.
There was a total of probably 12 customers there and they were playing music like we were in a downtown club. The bartenders took it upon themselves to play what they wanted to hear since it wasn’t busy.
We received poor service… Not that they were not friendly because they certainly were, but we didn’t know the bartenders so we had to flag them down to get drinks, place order, get box, get check etc. they were engulfed in their friends that seemed to be there to keep them company.
There were very very drunk men there that apparently HAD to sit at the bar even though there was tons of other seating. Well, there were only two seats. Which one was beside me and the other on my husbands side. Needless to say, they had their drunken conversations with us in the middle. They knew the bartenders by name so, sounds like they are regulars.
My drink was absolutely horrendous! I just finished two Moscow Mules at another bar before stopping here. Its one of my favorite drinks (especially from Pearls in short north). Umm… I think I was drinking an entire cup of sugar. It couldnt even be fixed! I think they need re-​trained or even trained because no one that knows how to make a Moscow mule could have royally screwed it up like it was.
On a positive note, the food was good! We did the cheeseburger egg rolls and their French fries and we noticed they have a dime a dog night and other good specials.
Although the food was great, it wont bring me back because the atmosphere was non-​existent.

Food was fantastic. The grilled wings were some of the best wings that I have ever had period. Also they have great specials during the week which I am sure will be a hit come softball season with their great location. Service was also top notch.

Great bar and restaurant! I highly recommend the cheese balls they are ooey gooey goodness! I also had the Gorgonzola Mac n cheese which is so rich and decadent. It’s a very classy spin on a classic comfort food! Clearly I was drawn towards the cheesy options on the menu! The two owners were there the night I was there introducing themselves and just being generally present and friendly which is always appreciated. I will definitely go back.

My roommmate and I went today to The Clubhouse for lunch and were very impressed. The food, service, atmosphere… Everything was on point. We both had wings with a different side and were pleased with everything. The fries were some of the best I’ve had anywhere… ANYWHERE. I highly recommend this place for just about any type of casual-​dining experience, especially if you like to support local business as I do myself.
