I went to the brow bar at Easton for the first time. There was a long wait but soon I was in a chair ready to go. The lady who did my eyebrows was very kind. She did a very good job. The shaping was excellent and completely transformed my face in a good way. She even put some makeup on the redness after I was done. Overall I had a very good experience at the brow bar. I’m giving it four stars because it’s not walk-in and of the wait before I got my turn.

worst experience ever for their brow event. we waited 10 minutes just to get talked to. we were passed along by multiple employees before being told that because we just wanted the brows done and not the $ 50 makeup for the free brow service we could not be serviced. I am sincerely disappointed in this company and the customer service they deliver. They didn’t care they were losing customers, they were unorganized and the employees rushed off to lunch in front of a line of waiting customers. Awesome. So annoyed and disappointed seeing is I had plenty of money to spend, just not with a company filled with 20 something’s that do not understand customer service.
