Burger King

I was there 45 minutes ago and got home to open the bag only to find an incorrect sandwich. again! I have been trying to call them for a solid 35 minutes to log a complaint and ask for a replacement sandwich at a later date, especially since they gave me no receipt… but the phone has been busy… I have dialed no fewer than 15 times. so phone is either off the hook or someone is on it for a personal call. I, too, have heard the vulgar personal details thru the speaker intercom. usually the night shift. A HUGE complaint of mine is the lack of lights in the back and side of the building at night. I am a 60 year old woman and do not like sitting in my car, in the dark, at night. I’m sure this isn’t the first complaint you’ve had on this. I am actually surprised Indianola store is till open due to the lack of customers… especially indoor
is always empty inside.

Go to another location. This place is so slow and the service is very poor. I have stopped here two or three times, but I am finally fed up with this location. Burger King should close this restaurant or hire entirely new staff.

This place is terrible! They don’t listen when you place your order, they constantly turn the lights off, when they are still open, and say they can only take cash, and are just plain rude. AVOID THIS LOCATION! You can also always hear them, at the drive through, talking about their personal lives and such that should not be brought up in the work place. Once again AVOID THIS PLACE! I really wonder if these people got their brains out a McDonald’s happy meal.

I would say this is one of the worst fast food locations I’ve experienced. (Living nearby I’ve experienced it more than I should.) But since half the time they make you wait 5 – 10 minutes for food, no one could seriously argue this is fast food. Sometimes it’s a special item, sometimes it’s just french fries; it doesn’t matter, you’ve got a 50% chance of having to park and wait.
The staff and service have gotten noticeably better in the past few months. And sometimes the food is, honestly, just like the pictures. But the memories of hairs in a croissandwhich, multiple veggie Angry Whoppers served with bacon (yes BK staff, bacon is made of pig), and random non-​angry sandwiches slopped together by what must have been a very angry employee make this a location to avoid. You should skip this location unless you live nearby and far too often just have to have some mini Cinnabons (but not after 5:00p, because they stop making them in the afternoon because… well who really who knows).

After finding out that the dining was over at the Crest across the street, I stopped here for dinner last night. I ordered two small burgers and an order of fries. The food wasn’t too bad but they had everything hidden like they were going to get robbed or something. Napkins — ask the cashier. Utensils — ditto. Ketchup — ditto. What the hell were they afraid of???

The Burger King restaurants seem to be going down hill. Each one I go to there are always some issues! For example, this inside of the restaurant was pretty dirty as if they didn’t clean all day. We go there when get discounts to take advantage of cheap food (buy one get one free, for example).
We got buy one get one chicken sandwiches (the classic ones). They verified our order, and didn’t put the correct toppings on it! It’s annoying about it. I give this location 2.5 stars (I bumped it up to 3 because we cannot give half stars). The positive side was they took the order fast, and got our food fast. Plus it was super cheap dinner.
I can see why Kristen gave them a one star (probably wanted to give them a zero, right?). I get the worst services at Burger King restaurants so I hardly ever go unless it’s worth my time (i.e. coupon or free food).

This location in particular closes down the dining room whenever they feel like. The redneck employee I spoke with said she closed it down for personal reasons and because she was having a bad day. This location is just begging customers to go somewhere else. RUDE! Also, I think the double stacker I got gave me food poisoning. :(
Update: I went back (I know, why???) and the drive thru mic was open, you could hear the workers talking to one another, and they never took my order. I had to drive around to where you get the food to place an order. When I told the girl working there I could hear everything she said, and maybe her mic was open, she was just like «No, I have to hit this button for you to hear me. Weird I never heard you.» She never tried to take my order though. My dumbass sat there for 3 minutes saying «hello.?» Ugh, with this place.
