Okay… I’ll admit that I’m kinda a sucker for Burger King. Food at this location is alright, not the best and not the worst. The nightclub in the adjacent lot always means trouble for anyone hitting the drive thru after 10pm. Honestly, the drive thru is troubled in general. On this visit the cashier couldn’t figure out how to use her headset, swipe my debit card, and apparently made two sets of drinks for the car before mine. She was obviously overwhelmed and maybe a bit undertrained. Felt bad for her when her manager came over tossed my daughters kids meal against the register and told her to «get it together, Jesus!» It didn’t look too busy. Can’t understand why the manager was putting that kind of pressure on her. It would have been easy to slow her down a bit, and offer to help her through a few orders until she either got the hang of what she was doing or got back into the groove of things. If you want good employees then be a good manager. It’s that simple. Be the kind of manager that you always wanted. The kind that doesn’t talk down to you in front of customers.

Although this place is a little outdated the food is good just like all other BKs. They were understaffed, but Kaela was very nice even having to run the drive-thru and front register. The downside was that the restrooms were filthy!
