Not bad for a coffee place inside the mall. I probably come to Easton every week or two and never stopped by here. I can’t coffee is good. The lounge is nice. On a Sunday afternoon, with the mall not crowded, it’s actually a nice spot to rest your feet, watch the game and do some people watching at the same time. I’m pleasantly surprised by how it has the noise level of a regular coffee shop despite the fact that it’s in the middle of the mall.

I’ve been here several more times in the past few months — and it’s good. WiFi? Check. Bartender that can pour a stiff drink? Check. Bartender that actually checks on you, and makes sure your next drink is ready? Check(thanks, Justin!) This is kind of how I want my coffee shop to be — sassy, with a little attitude, and a bar in the back.

If you’re stuck for something to do one afternoon, come by here and spend a few hours people watching. But for the love of god, DONOT cross into the seating area unless you plan to purchase something from this fine establishment first. Don’t worry, it’s hard to miss the danger zone thanks to the iron fencing and signs.(I imagine this is much what it was like sneaking across Check-Point-Charlie.) While I don’t necessarily question the necessity of these signs, it seems odd to me that these signs were so prevalent and yet I was unable to find a sign that said the bar section was closed Monday — Wednesday.

I’m only reviewing the coffee side of Cup O’ Joe. There’s also a bar area and I haven’t checked that out yet. They’ve got your basic coffee stop menu with hot/cold coffees, blended, flavored, frozen — just about any what you like it. They also have a large selection of tea. They have smoothies and some bakery items. Although I didn’t try them I did notice they have many flavors of specialty drinks. I just stuck to my iced coffee, but all the choices looked tempting. The staff is decently friendly too. I think this place serves good coffee and is convient if you’re shopping inside Easton and need some refreshing. For me it’s a solid 3 stars, good, but nothing really knocked my socks off.

A good place to meet for coffee or a beer right in the center of Easton on the 2nd floor. Good wi-fi signal. Comfy chairs and couches. Also a good place to get some work done, because despite the fact that it’s in the center of Easton Towne Center, it’s awful quiet! Since the couches are set back off the balcony, you could actually forget that you’re not in a mall at times. Or, if you want the total mall experience including people-watching, grab a table by the edge of the balcony and look around! The Iced Mojoe or whatever it’s called is DELICIOUS.

Very nice coffee spot in Easton — mostly for the full bar and chance to hide out away from the crowds. It feels like a little hidden deck, perched up on the second floor, so I almost don’t want anyone else to invade my little chance at peace at Easton.

On some nights this is a great place to go. But there are some nights when a bartender named Matt is working you should not waste your time going there, that is unless you enjoy waiting long periods of time till he notices you standing there needing some service. At that point he decides if he is in the mood to serve you or make you wait longer while he watches TV, or maybe does something on the computer, or just continues to talk to somebody else for a long time. O yeah I forgot about the rudeness also. Expect that. All of this though can only happen if he decides to not close down early, lets say maybe 11:00 pm on a Saturday night when Easton Mall is very busy. Other than Matt the staff is delightful and it is a wonderful place to stop for a cocktail.

While in town recently to watch a game at the Shottenheim Arena, we found ourselves with a little extra time before the game and decided to visit the Easton shopping mall. As everyone knows, shopping can be a bit draining, so I decided to grab a cup of coffee midway through the day to recharge. The sign«Cup O’ Joe» caught my eye and suggested to me that it would hold the perfect solution to my problem. I was wrong. There were two people behind the counter with about 9 of us patrons in line, but only one of those employees felt the need to earn their paycheck by working. That one employee took our orders and then proceeded to make everyone’s drinks at once. Because of that hectic procedure, my Mocha turned out flat and unsatisfying. Just terrible. I spent a good sum of money on my drink so I refuse to recommend this place, although I do have a lot of respect for this particular employee. She earned her paycheck by juggling 9 patrons by herself… which would be understandable if she’d worked for Barnum & Bailey, but not for a coffee house.

This is my new meeting place. Good service. Good tea, and cheaper then starbucks(who apparently keeps raising the price of green tea.) It’s hot water and a tea bag, people. It’s located right smack dab in the middle of the main Easton shopping center, so everything is around you. Fun to sit back and watch the hustle and bustle of all the people going about their day.

Great place to kick back and have a discussion or get some computer work done. Great happy hours. All day drink specials: mojito Mondays, craft tap beers/imports Tuesdays, wine Wednesdays, Martini Thursdays and general happy hours till 8 pm m-f

Go there all the time when I was working part time in Easton… Good drinks and good service… But slow. If you want to get drinks faster, go to starbucks downstairs because waiting around will frustrate you.

Hour early for a client’s event? Come over for a bit of coffee goodness. While I still love Cup O’Joe coffee(this time it was an iced coffee toddy). I have recently been less than impressed with the staff. Today’s staff member ignored the girl in front of me, threw away the receipt when I wanted it, and seemed generally less than happy to see that there was a line. I will still continue to come to Cup O’Joe because, well, let’s face it, I love the coffee. But I wish that the happy, friendly baristas that I used to find there would come back =(

Its an ok place to stop and get a cup of coffee or a drink when the bar is open. Surfing the net is generally ok in the mall. I’ve had good service there and«so so» service at this Mojoe. They don’t have as many menu items as the High St. location but its ok for the mall. If you want more choices with food check out Mojoe on High St.

This place is like a vacation spot. If the hustle and bustle of the mall gets you down, retreat here. It is comfortable, not loud, and gives a good vantage for viewing the people scurrying around below. If you are going to a movie, buy the tickets early and spend some time here. They have great bartenders/baristas, and a good selection of eats.

The only thing I don’t like about this location is that there isn’t a bathroom nearby. The lounge always has a seat available and though it seems like it’d be a loud, crowded place – it isn’t. I went around 11(pm) on Friday with a friend and we were able to converse in a normal«inside voice», comfortably. The bartender was friendly and they have a nice seating selection. Comfy chairs, the bar, hard chairs, etc. The waterfall-ish thing on the first floor provides enough white noise to block out shoppers and other patrons. I’m not really sure whose wi-fi I picked up but it might have been Eastons. Regardless, there was a strong signal and it was free :) I wouldn’t recommend reading Tolstoy here because it’s not really the right atmosphere. I would recommend meeting here as an «in between». Like the movie won’t start for a half-hour or so. Well, that’s not really enough time to walk around Easton, but too much time to go up and wait. Mojo is the cure. Added bonus: people watching.
