Gone downhill with the new manager. Last time the manager was scolding and threatening servers loudly in front of whole restaurant. Dont expect a fast and friendly service, and you can see it why.

One of the better IHOP restaurants I have visited. Our waiter was great and prompt with everything. When it comes to chain restaurants, service is really what sets them apart and this location is on top of things!
Food came out hot and just as I ordered. It has been awhile since I have visited an IHOP and I noticed they have changed their syrup containers. Thank goodness, not nearly as messy and drippy as the former ones!

Overpriced pancakes, the all you can eat pancakes is a joke anyways. They give them to you 2 at a time and then you have to wait 15 minutes to get 2 more. The servers always seem to be on some sort of drug, too. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.
Last time I went the server forgot half my order.

The newer location has started off with a single bad review. I had an excellent experience, so I felt compelled to jump in here in defense.
Most folks already know what to expect at an IHOP and their menu is available online. I won’t go into great detail.
Personally, I had excellent food and good service. Everything hit the spot just right. Love those crepes!
This location is convenient to I-65, Columbus (of course), and those Brown County tourists jumping off or on the interstate.

Not even a good IHOP.
Yesterday there was a line here and I didn’t have time, so today I thought it might be a better bet. Not so much.
The coffee wasn’t very hot, even after I asked for a fresh pot. The French Toast was luke warm. The English muffin didn’t come out with the food and when it did come out, it was barely toasted. By the time that was sorted, the eggs were room temperature.
The waitress was nice enough but not terribly efficient and certainly not the kind of person who goes the extra mile to save a meal from going south. She was also one of the most slovenly looking servers I’ve come across in a while.
Give it a pass.
