I had no wait time. I had excellent service. Got a good fit and a good deal with their run of the mill sales they had. They sell high quality clothes that last for years without fading, running or falling apart like some of the kohls and eddie bauer stuff I’ve gotten.
And Jason? You couldn’t pay me to go to Easton on black Friday… Sounds like you learned the lesson the hard way!

an ok experience. Had no trouble exchanging sizes for items purchased on line. Had previously thought we’d need to tailor. Hems are about $ 15, though this location has the highest work-​load, and therefore, highest wait time.

Maybe it’s me but I would think on black Friday you should maybe have more then 4 people working. I went in to buy a suit cause they were having full suit sales for $ 129 from $ 500. Awesome deal! But sucky ass service. We were there for 40 minutes. Finally got a hold of someone bout 15 minutes after being there, he said he’d be right there. Yeah right. Like I said 4 employees there all worked the register at some point in time. If you’re going to be offering sales and it’s Black Friday get more people to help out. Otherwise you will lose customers forever! Like me!
