I was really impressed with the quick response from Randy. He called to apologize for the poor performance from the delivery company. To some this may seem like a small gesture but a lot of places don’t do this at all. He even went out the way to offer compensation for the inconvenience. As stated in the other review, the mattresses are awesome and that is the reason I would do business with them again.

We were just helped my Tom Cremer at the Polaris Mattress Firm location. Not only are the mattresses extremely high quality, but the service was excellent. We left feeling very informed and excited about sleeping on our new mattress. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new mattress from a quality staff.

A follow up on my earlier review. I received a message from «Ellen» from Mattress Firm that stated they wanted to speak with me to address my bad experience with their company. I replied back on the best way to contact me and have yet to hear from «Ellen» or anyone else at Mattress Firm. Not sure why I expected anything more from them. Horrible customer service and false promises. Getting 1 star because I can’t give them 0.

It is too bad I can’t give zero stars. Mattress firm is the worst place to buy a mattress. Look on Consumer Affairs and see the complaints. Selling used mattresses, mattresses infested with bed bugs and not honoring the guarantee! I had a bed in a vacation home that was slept on by a 110# woman less than a dozen times. I tried to get it replaced, and they said the indent was not big enough! It is big enough that it is clearly visible. I will be throwing it away as it is not fit to sleep in, even a few times a year.
Do not buy from this company!
