i would have give more stars if it was possible, Best customer service by Nathan, i am in customer service industry and rarely see anyone like nathan, he went above and beyond, i was surprised how he took ownership of the business and gave excellent customer service, i will highly recommend this store, he fixed few issues with my operating system, showed me what windows 10 has to offer, and many more useful applications, i spent more than an hour and learned few things, thank you microsoft. you can attend small educational classes, and they offer complimentary drinks !!! great overall experience

Microsoft has built a nice looking store.(They’ve learned much about interior design from Apple it seems.) But they appear to have learned about customer interaction from Clippy. There’s a reason everyone hated that annoying paperclip that kept interrupting you to ask if you’re writing a letter. Unfortunately, that’s what visiting the Microsoft store is like. I was interrupted at least five times while browsing over the weekend. I just wanted to check it out, and that’s what I told the first person who helpfully asked if I needed assistance. But then I had to do the same for what seemed like every employee in the store. The store looks great, and the concept is a good one. It makes sense to want to showcase the things that you’re doing well. But work on the customer service. Otherwise you’ll drive people away from the store not into it.
