Quality horrible. Always out of flavored coffee. People standing around talking while cream and coffee are empty. Worst customer service ever.

Place is never staffed with competitant people. They never know how to take an order. Absolutely a total lack of customer service. No ‘Good Morning’ or ‘How May I help you?’ Food will get messed up, is never warm and takes forever to prepare. Avoid this place as all costs.
Update:
Decided to give this place a chance a year later. When I walked in I was greeted and my order was promptly taken. The food wasn’t the greatest but at least it appears they are making an effort now

They server a decent cup of coffee. Its self serve so you can get in and out pretty quickly. I’ve eaten lunch here as well. I would say it is a little over priced, but the food quality is good.
