Pizza Hut

My recent experience with this location will probably be my last. I ordered 2 medium pan pizzas with the $ 6 ea apecial. One was just cheese and the other pepperoni. I was overcharged for the plain cheese pizza by $ 2 because it was rang in as a cheese lovers or something. I didn’t notice until after I got home. I can deal with $ 2. What I had a hard time dealing with was the smell in the shop. It smelled and looked dirty. The smell was like rancid oil. It was gross. But I get they work with a lot of grease so I didn’t write them off yet. What really did the trick was how disgusting the cheese pizza was. How can a cheese pizza taste bad? Not sure, but they managed to do so. I literally had 2 bites and pitched the rest. My wife was okay with the pepperoni but said it wasn’t nearly as good as the last time we ordered (probably 6 months or so ago). She ate 2 pieces and the rest of that got pitched too. 3 strikes…

pizza hut your the best!!! was never a pizza lover before I found you. Before I had bad issues with the others too expensive, not enough cheese, crust was too thin that all I got was a greasy mouthful of slimy dough weighted down by too much toppings, and where’s the sauce? dominos you know who I’m complaining about (((Why didn’t I try pizza hut before??? tramautized by trust issues with pizza joints I think I gave up., until one day it was oh lets try this one and it was love at first sight… Plenty of cheese, meats, seasonings, even choices for sauce and more sauce on top and I am finally satisfied. Yet I am embarresed to say now I have a habit of checking my dumpster for leftover pizza people leave behind. But never find those leftovers from «pizza hut» boxes they are always empty. Yes really no one leaves you behind your that good))) Always find leftovers from little caesars pizza, or donantos, yuck!!! I guess I’v learned that true love for something is not going to be free or just lying around in a lonely pizza box in my dumpster. You have to seek it but at a cost and never give up trying to find that flavor or zest that keeps you going for more…

Absolutely the worst experience with a manager ever. Robert got me so angry I was shaking.
I called and ordered a pizza and was told it would be there in 30 to 35 minutes. And hour later I call inquire about my status. To begin with a gentleman named Parker answered the phone and asked if he could put me on hold, to which I responded no I would just like to check on the status of my order please. Before I could finish my words he put me on hold anyway. So I asked to speak to the manager to let him know that their employees should actually listen to what the customer says. I thought on the phone with Robert and he apologize for parkers rudeness and I asked him about the status of my order. He told me the order was just going out the door and would be to me in 11 minutes. So I asked him what happened to the 30 to 35 minutes, I just wanted to find out if they got busy or if they made my pizza incorrectly or what caused the delay. At this point he started to argue with me and told me that he never said 30 to 35 units that he said 60 minutes however there were no words that even sound remotely like 60 minutes. So then after he hung up on me I called back to get in touch with his manager and he was even more rude with me. My advice to the public: go to another location.

Sorry to have to write this but, needs to be addressed. Recently ordered from the bethel location. Nothing on here is a complaint about the service, only the food, hence the 2 stars. 1^st pizza I ordered which I had to send back was a super supreme large deep dish, which arrived at my door in 22 mins. Pretty impressive. What wasn’t impressive was the fact that the dough was still very undercooked and still pliable. I called and explained, they were very nice In dealing w the issue. They said they would have another one out soon. 1 hour and 10 mins later my door finally knocked, pizza barely warm, but I’m hungry so I could care less at this point, 2 bites in and boom, same problem again. Didn’t bother to call back seeing that another hour to wait on a horrible experience wasn’t worth it.

This is by far the BEST pizza I have ever had! It goes far beyond the Chicago deep dish and NY style. The waitress there is always pleasant and takes the time to make your stay incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Dublin in order to truly get a taste of what pizza should be.

I’ve gotten pizza from this location on multiple occasions now, and I’ve never had any issues. The employees are always pleasant, and the food is always tasty.
