Rocco’s Pizza Plus

Was the pizza good? Very. Unfortunately, it is indeed closed. There are still two Pizza Plus locations still open, but this one is no longer open. Sorry for the sad news. Alas, no need for more info.

Best pizza in Grandview! Believe me, I’ve tried them all!!! Specialty mushroom pizza is AMAZING. The works pizza is amazing. Pretty sure any pizza you get here is amazing.

It took two trips before my pizza fix was satisfied. The boy has a rule of thumb that he will not eat in an empty restaurant, so when we drove by on a Friday night & no one was in the parking lot, we went elsewhere. A week later we decided to carryout & found it packed when we came to get our pizza. We had a groupon so we decided to order two pizzas. He got the supreme pizza & I made my own (broccoli, spinach, & chicken with white sauce). I was shocked at the size of our pizzas. I’m used to the other Grandview pizza establishments where the small is just a tad over Pizza Hut’s personal pan size. Instead prepare yourselves for a Papa John’s style large. Seriously, mine lasted four meals. The crust is super thick, the toppings are plentiful, and the pizza is delicious.
The location is a bit off — but very convenient if you need to go to the library. I’ll be tasting the gelato next time!

I wanted to try this place since they appeared in the Other Paper’s DISH column for their Steak Portobello pizza. Since I’ve had it twice. It IS pretty delicious. The crust is crispy on the outside and soft and doughy on the inside and the toppings are unique and fresh. They seriously have like 20 different very unique pizzas which I’d like to try.
I’d love to pass out a 5-​star review, but both times we’ve ordered, the staff has kind of been d-​bags to us… it’s a tad on the expensive side, but is somewhat of a «gourmet» pizza kinda deal, so you’re getting much better quality ingredients than say, at Papa Johns. I am not a huge fan of the location, but if you’re already in the Grandview area stop in! I just wouldn’t/won’t drive across town for it.

Hands down BEST PIZZA in Columbus! I was so stoked to see that Grandview got a Pizza Plus franchise. SO GOOD!!!

LOVE THEIR CRUST!!! Ingredients were fresh and awesome! Been there twice in one week :) Had the spicy pepperoni and thought it was great! Also had the Primivera pizza and the fresh garlic was amazing.

When there for dinner, very good, crust is excellent, family place, order 2 pizza and ate in the dinning room, the pizza was delivered to the table, were very tasty and looked great too, fresh mushrooms, and slice tomato’s. Will go back soon…
