It’s an average breakfast place like ihop or Perkins. My food was standard and warm when it came out. Service was awesome and friendly. Good place for young kids but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Services were great. Nice and friendly. The crab cake Benedict was amazing. And their stuff French toast hit the spot for some food brunch. I had the ultimate omelette, good stuff

Marie’s has stopped caring. I don’t even think they do the free meal blue plates anymore. It’s just slop the food on the plate and ‘here, eat this’. Too bad. They were really something when they first arrived in town.

We stopped in Saturday morning for a quick breakfast… We we’re quoted about 10 – 15 but waited about 15 – 20, still no biggie. Once we got our table it was extremely small especially after looking over and seeing a 6 top table with only 2 people and here we have a woman and 3 big dudes elbow bumming each other. Anyway our waitress great and food was good.

This was one of the first restaurants my husband and I went to after moving to Columbus. We went on a Sunday at 10am and were prepared to wait. After only 10 minutes, we had a great seat! I usually hate two person tables… They’re usually too tiny and in an awkward spot by the door or the kitchen, but this was right in the middle of the restaurant– great spot! Our waitress was super friendly and efficient. She made me feel right at home! The food was excellent! They have an awesome menu… Simple items as well as unique… healthy if you want it or full of calories if that’s what you want too ;-) the prices were as expected, not too much. I loved it! My mom came into town a few weeks after our first visit and we took her here and we loved it the second time as well!

Sunday morning about 11:00. We ordered coffee from the person that sat is but it never showed up. The waitress said she would be right with us but it was 10 minutes before she ever showed up again with no apology. No silverware. It did get better, though and the food was as always good. I’m guessing maybe it’s hit or miss on the service at this location…

My husband and I have been to this Scrambler Marie’s location twice now. The first time — it was just ok. The second time — unacceptable. I’m not one to go out and write reviews but I felt I had to voice my thoughts somewhere. On a Sunday in late April we dined in. The host, who appeared to be the manager mind you, was outrageous. I watched him cuss at his servers over touching the thermostat, complain about other employees and be overall unprofessional. Once we were finally seated, we waited a good ten minutes before a frazzled waitress came to our table with really disgusting fake nails. Again, I’ll give credit where it’s due… it was a Sunday, most likely their busiest day and it was around noon. But for what follows, there is no excuse. After our food taking a good amount of time to arrive, it was wrong. I ordered normal stuffed French Toast — nothing fancy here people. What I got was a mystery. My husband and I made attempts at guessing. Was it hazelnut something? Was it chocolate? Whatever it was, it wasn’t good or really edible. Our waitress did not come back to check on us and finally when she did come to drop off the check I asked her what my meal was. Tiramisu toast. What? Now some of you reading this may say, «wow, that sounds delicious». Well, it wasn’t. And it wasn’t what I ordered. I was polite to the girl as I was in the restaurant business for 7 years myself as a server and simply stated I didn’t order that and didn’t like it. Her response? Blank stare. Eventually said she’d talk to her manager. Offer to replace it? No. Offer to correct it? No. Take it off my check(didn’t eat it)? No. Did a manager ever come by or did I ever in fact see her talk to a manager? Nope. You get the point. So basically we paid $ 25 for food and I didn’t eat my $ 7 breakfast. Overall, unprofessional, mismanaged and somewhat gross. Save your money and go elsewhere such as First Watch or Bob Evans.

My favorite hangover spot. The food is better than cooking at home. I still prefer First Watch as the food preparation is more appetizing and health aware. Scramblers is a hot mess on a plate with no frills. Variety of food options and they are flexible with modification orders.. yes, I am that girl.

Overall: Good food, reasonable prices. Take away: Make sure the server gets your order correct and double check it when it comes out. The first time I went with a friend and her order was messed up, was fixed and they gave her extra Scrambler dollars. The next time, the couple next to use had some order issues but our food came out correctly. It’s a hit or miss in that aspect but the servers are always friendly, the manager comes around to say hello which is nice, and the prices are reasonable.

So, we’ve been there several times now. We’ll get a good meal one time, a bad the next. The last time we were there, we had a good meal and great service. So, we went back this morning. Big mistake! We got there and who seemed to be doing the host job was milling around and not on top of things. A waitress — who’d been the great server last time — looked up at us and said«i’ll be with you in a few minutes.» She then went back to running bills and filling condiment containers. After sitting for a while, I asked the host if he could seat us and he did. And then we sat, and sat, and sat, and sat. The host did take our drink order, but these never appeared. We asked him about 20 minutes in if our waitress knew we were there. He said he’d check. Then he went over and started seating other people. A few minutes later, we called it quits and as we were packing up, the waitress came over with our drinks and said«I hope you all are playing musical chairs.» And we said, no – we’re leaving. She then said, I just told you all I’d be with you in a few minutes. She slammed the drinks down and starting busing the table saying, that’s fine, just go. No apologies for wherever it was that she disappeared to – no, please sit down and I’ll get you served. We’ll never go back again, to any of these locations. Inconsistent quality, and to have someone be downright ugly to you when you’ve been waiting for 25 minutes with a hungry toddler – really unacceptable. I’m mad enough to write their corporate headquarters. At least as I was leaving, I warned others who also left.

We drove out here after finding out that Super Chefs is closed on Mondays. I wish I hadn’t bothered. It was not very busy and was maybe half full. But the way our waitress acted you would’ve thought they were swamped. It looked to me like she was serving 3, maybe 4, tables – but she was hard to find and complained about how busy it was. The water that was served to us tasted like a science experiment. It had a nasty chemical odor and taste to it. But it took over ten minutes for me to get our waitresses attention so that we could order some juice instead. The toast was made with bread that was obviously stale. My «Ultimate Omelette» was ultimately disappointing. It is advertised as having sausage, ham, bacon, mushrooms, bell peppers, celery, zucchini, onions, tomatoes and chives(also cheese and sour cream). I think it had two little pieces of sausage. If it had any ham, bacon, or mushrooms on it then they must have been microscopic and hiding between the two bits of bell peppers. And the plate may have passed by a tomato during the preparation, but none made it into this omelette. My daughter got a ham and swiss omelette that was so rubbery that she didn’t eat more than a few bites. The portion sizes were large, but that doesn’t really matter when the quality is so low that you don’t want more than a few bites. So the food was disappointing, and the service was poor to mediocre.

The food is average at best. We have been here a few times because the kids like the kids menu. The servers don’t seem to be able to keep up with their table(s)… Today was the worst yet. The server/self proclaimed manager was bragging about how she had to come in and straighten this location up. She bragged about her leadership skills while my drink sat empty during our entire meal. I asked for Hot Sauce and got Ketchup. To her defense, Hot Sauce and Ketchup are both red… After an hour and asking for the check 3 times we finally were able to pay and leave. This place has potential. Just hire and train the staff.

I like this place well over Bob Evan’s. It’s always clean, quick and the food is served hot. I’ve never had any issues with food coming out wrong or not done, so that’s a bonus. Their pancakes are fluffy, their coffee is good and the staff is quick. What more can you ask for?

The expression«the inmates are running the asylum» is apt and most certainly applies here. I’ve eaten here on no less than four occasions, and walked away shaking my head after each visit. I’ll grant that it’s always during the weekend, and they are always busy, but during most visits I can’t recall seeing someone I’d refer to as an adult. The servers are blar, inattentive and slow to come with coffee, water or meals. Lots of server clusters, chatting in groups and generally ignoring tables. I’ve had the Benedict and the French Toast as well as another basic breakfast meal, and none have been worth writing home about. Food was often lukewarm, and not one of my family or I feel like revisiting. I love a good Benedict, but the two times I tried them the hollandaise had had time to become a congealed, slightly cold gloop, the eggs ill prepared and the ham rather skimpy. I’ve read other reviews recounting solid experiences with service and food, which drove me from my 1 star thoughts up to a second, as they are people I trust. Makes me believe the weekday crew may be of a better kind, or I’ve just had some unfortunate timing. Seating is fine, what you’d expect, clean and well staged. Has always been busy when I’ve visited, though for the life of me I can’t imagine why.

Service is top notch, the hostess seats you and takes your drink order. The waitress brings the drinks as she introduced herself. Food came out very quickly, and filled our bellies. The menu had the most items I’ve ever seen for breakfast/brunch, made it hard to choose. The food was awesome. If I get this way again this early in the day, definitely do this place again!

This place is cute but if you want food forget it. Cooks stink food barely above dog food. Regina is only saving grace. Great service but only after your food has to be taken back many times. Dirty coffee cups and overdone burgers. Yuk

So good & not all butter & grease. Great selection & customer service. Great seating too. I went at noon on a Friday and it wasn’t as busy as it is on weekends. When I want breakfast, this is my place.

This was ALWAYS out go-to breakfast place when living in the New Albany/CBUS area. Everything was always fresh, hot, and tasty. It is a small perk, but I also enjoyed that fact that they have different flavored creamers at the table(Fresh Van, Irish Crème, Hazelnut, Reg). I would advise anyone in the area to come here before going to the other chain breakfast places in the area.

Simply amazing Pumpkin French Toast!!! The best breakfast East of Columbus. People might think I’m a fat man for ordering Steak and eggs with premium bacon and Pumpkin French Toast, I don’t care!!! My server was Madi!!! She was the best and make sure you ask for her!!! My total bill w/o tip was $ 24.07. Well worth it!!!
