Great service. Nice atmosphere. Even cute bartenders. My food was served quickly because I told them I was in a hurry. I’ll come back again soon, I am sure.

I come here often, especially late at night. I love sitting at the bar. Everyone, especially Erica, takes great care of me.
The good that comes out is exactly what is expected (awesome) and I never have to ask for anything to be fixed.

Just had a very good meal, and Erika, my server, was the tops. She got swamped a couple of times but never forgot I was there. When I am back here I will definitely make a stop. It’s a chain that I can hit at home, but this one was particularly good. And again, the service was boss.

My husband and I recently moved to Columbus and we had heard great things about this place so we decided to try it tonight. Bad idea. The only things we were pleased with were the Caesar salad, and our drinks. The nachos are made with queso sauce instead of shredded cheese, the jalapeños are de-​seeded which means they aren’t hot at all, and the guacamole looked disgusting. The smoked sausage has so much fennel seed in it that it is pretty much all you taste. The brisket tastes like a roast that they left in the oven twice as long as it should have been, and half of my portion was just fat. The Mac and cheese is alright, but the cheese sauce is grainy. The «garlic bread» is Texas toast, and my husband said his ribs were just mediocre. And our waiter didn’t know what beers they currently had. Honestly doubt we’ll be back.

Ordered ribs and brisket. The ribs were excellent and the brisket was decent but dry.
The service gets the brunt of the 2 stars. I’d like to think she was having a bad day and is usually better, as other servers around us seemed much more lively and attentive. This gal though, wanted to go home.
Bottom line: the ribs are worth most any poor service, but the rest was just ok. Will give them another try just for ribs :).

This was my second time here and the first time time went I don’t remember what I wanted BUT I do remember them telling me they were out. Eh figured busy day so we tried again and this time I wanted brisket and guess what they were out! It was about 6 and they serve it only after 4 so how are you out? Then I asked for chicken and they were out of chicken! Well so she thought but not before I said fine and got my third option. She did eventually come back and said ok we do have chicken. Food does taste good, service is good but not out of this world but I don’t understand how they often run out of food especially when it’s an item not served all day. Hmmm

The service is good but the food is less than mediocre. I did not love anything and no I will not return. There are plenty of other good places to eat in the area.

The Best Ribs and Wings in Columbus
If you want the best Wings in Columbus, GA you have to come here. No if, and’s, or Kim K’s. I order the smoked wings every time I come here and they are truly superb. Yes there are many other places in Columbus that «specialize» in BBQ but I haven’t found any wings or Ribs that come close to here. Tender, large, not dried out under lights, crispy outside, flavorful, hot and fresh wings. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. No 301 flavors… just select flavors that actually taste good. No guessing on if it «might» taste good. I have tried many things off the the menu but seriously… the wings and ribs are standouts.
Monday’s are unlimited wings night for only $ 10.99 (with a beverage purchase) and you can feast on unlimited wings from 9 p.m. to close. The best Guy special in Columbus. Service is friendly and quick especially for a BBQ/​Sports restaurant. I never have a problem with my service and manager’s and supervisor’s constantly come around and ask how is your experience, food and servers. TV’s are posted everywhere and they have beer, wine and mixed drink specials everyday. Not only that but they have these new tablets at every table where you can order food, drinks, tip, pay your bill, play games, check your card points, etc. from there. No server need other than to bring you your order.
Now for the price…5 stars from me. If you are a member of their free Bones Club loyalty program you get a free appetizer for joining, free rewards and dessert on your birthday. Also they constantly e-​mail you coupons worth $ 10 off your $ 20 purchase. Even after allllllll that if you accumulate 200 points ($ 1 = 1 Point) then they give you a $ 20 credit for your next visit. The only negative that I could give this establishment is that whenever they have a promotion and they are supposed to give out a scratch to win cards I NEVER get them. NEVER. I have to go back with a receipt to claim my card. With that ding it’s still not enough for me to take away a star. Great 5 star restaurant.

I usually am a ribs person, and barbecue is one of my favorite genres of restaurant, but I wasn’t very hungry this time, so I just ordered wings. They had some different varieties, so I thought «this was the time to try something different.» So I ordered the smoked wings with brown sugar glaze. Not really as wet as I would have liked but a definite different taste and satisfying. Others in my party had the nutty chicken salad with grilled chicken and all pronounced it superior. On top of that we all had a coupon and a significant savings on our bills. Our server was pregnant with her first child and very friendly and we felt as if we had made a new friend by the time we left. A great family night out. In the men’s room over the urinal was one of many very funny signs located around the place. It said: «Keep your eyes to the front and don’t start any conversation unless it is about sports, weather or beer.» A fun and delicious time was had by all.

I came here during a business trip. It is a decent place with reasonable food. I would say it meets my expectation for a casual bbq place. The waitress we got is quite friendly and attentive. I was impressed by the ordering gadget on each table. I ordered wings and baby-​back ribs. I had steamed broccoli and sweet potato fries as my sides. The flavors for both wings and ribs are too sweet for my taste and I would say the ribs are not as tender/​juicy as I would like them to. But I still managed to eat more than half of the half-​rack I ordered. A warning, if you do not plan to bring left overs, ¹⁄₃ rack is more than enough if you are not a huge eater.
I noticed that a side of broccoli is three pieces of broccoli and a side of fries will cover your entire plate. Just be mindful if you would rather have more greens.

I would only ever maybe order takeout here. They kept on forgetting our orders and it took almost 45 minutes for our orders to come out (it wasn’t even busy). Also, they watered down their alcoholic drinks (like I mean, they tasted like water). Plus it took us about 30 minutes to get our drinks.
The ONLY good part of the meal was when the food got there, which by then everyone was starving but the food we had was delicious. My husband and I got the smoked wings and they were great!
I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back. Took so long to receive anything; maybe they just can’t handle groups.

Probably the best ribs I’ve ever had! They were fall of the bone amazing. The Mac and Cheese was a good side add on. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Great experience! A little pricey but you get what you pay for!

Horrible service! Do not try to eat your meal at the bar. .I repeat DO NOT try to eat your meal at the bar. It took about 15 minutes for the bartender to greet us. About 15 more minutes for our drinks. Then about 45 minutes for our meals that was over priced i thought. I would not come back here again

Im only giving them one star because I’ve been a regular there for over 2 years now and I’ve seen a decline in this restaurant me and my wife are personally not going back because of the new general manager he’s very disrespectful and should not work in the service industry there portions are going down but prices are staying at an all time high and when I told the manager about this issue he replied what am I supposed to do we love the servers and my wife will keep in contact with her select few bus something’s got to change before we dine there again

Smokey BONES!!! consistently great food, well deserving of 4 stars. I can barely count a handful of times where the quality of some food has been”…MEH, Decent”. However, even then it was, it’s still a plate cleaning meal.
I’m a huge fan of the «Pick 2 favorites». Between the pork/chicken/sausage/wings…etc, you cant go wrong and more importantly, it keeps well and tastes great the next day. If your a first timer, get the pulled pork… YES PLEASE! the ONLY thing I’m not a fan of is that the beef brisket is only available after 4pm… its worth the wait it just sucks that I don’t have total store access hours to this SCRUMPTIOUS meat! It’s worth the wait.
I have never had ANY issue with the staff here. from the bar staff to the table staff, all are friendly and knowledgeable bouts the menu. What i think is important is they will give HONEST recommendations. As a customer, i not only appreciate that, it also makes me want to come back and trust the staffs recommendations when they up-​sell an app/​dessert.
Why i didnt give 5 stars? to get the 5 in my book you have to be dynamic with your menu (consistent special menu items). They had a prime rib that was… YUM-0…then its gone. Thats the only special item i have ever seen. still, this is a GREAT place for food and BBQ. I highly recommend it.

Well this is one of the lowest reviews I have given. I truly hate to only give two stars but overall that’s the best I could do. I will say those were for service because the food really sucked. I have been a fan of their smoked wings for years. I came on a Tuesday evening when it was slow. Most of the place was empty. I got a wing and baby back combo for the first and last time ever. The wings tasted dry and very over cooked. I think they were cooked this past weekend. The baby backs were cooked Friday and lubed up with sauce when I placed my order. I wondered why they were so confused when I asked for no sauce on my wings. They were hoping to hide those too. I blame the chief for not checking plates before they are served. Because I sat at the bar service was good. Based off this dining experience and other reviews they may need a change in management and kitchen staff. Wait staff is having to apologize to much for the kitchen. Can’t understand how the food could be so bad with so many people standing around the kitchen area.

Went for the first time and the food was great! They run out of food later in the night so you thats why they only got 4 stars. The bar is nice even if the beer was 6 dollars. I went with a picky eater and she was able to find something she really liked and said that she would be coming back!

Went here on a Friday night, wasn’t to busy so I sat at the bar. First they were out of 50% of the beer I drink. Mostly out of all their IPAs. Then I ordered nachos and chicken chili. I think I had maybe a spoon full of chili on the chips. The service was pretty slow for having three bartenders. Last I ordered the smokehouse burger, but she ordered me a smokehouse chicken sandwich. So I was stuck eating shit I didn’t want. I’ll never go back. The food isn’t even that good. And the service is slow. Not a fan of his place.

I love this place the food is always awesome the service is fast and friendly it’s clean I had the loaded BBQ burger it was huge but so good
