Sprint Store By Mobile Center

I switched from T-​Mobile to sprint and went into this store today to get help on how to upload my T-​Mobile bill to sprint. Zac Baker was the only employee there and he was horrible and incompetent. He said he couldn’t help with uploading my T-​Mobile bill and that I needed to do it online. I said okay, pulled out my phone and asked him if he could show me how to do that. He said he couldn’t and that I had to fax the bill to sprint. (???) He clearly has no idea how to do his job. So I thought, forget about the T-​Mobile bill and told him I’d also like to get my phone number changed so I could have a Columbus area code. He told me I couldn’t get a Columbus area code and when I asked why he couldn’t explain. I said it was fine; I’d still like my number changed. He then proceeded to ask me literally three times if I wanted to change my number. He had me questioning my English… Yes Zac Baker. I would like to change my phone number. He then asked why I wanted a new phone number. WHAT? How tacky!!! It’s absolutely none of your concern WHY I want to change my phone number; just do your job and change my phone number! I started to regret switching to sprint but I left the store and went to the sprint in Polaris and they were MUCH more efficient and friendly. Won’t ever go back to this store again.

Today was like Christmas for me! Zac Baker the SM, gave me incredible customer service. He was helpful, thorough, understanding and entertaining. I will always go to this location due to my experience today. Somebody should promote that guy! Well Done!

Okay people please stop bashing Sprint. That is the end of my spiel, now onto the great service I’ve had from Sprint.
Sprint has been my phone carrier for about 10 years since I got my very first cell phone. Ever since, Sprint has gone out of their way to make sure I was pleased as a customer with my phone and price of the bill.
Recently I had a situation where my husband’s discount went away from his work but a Sprint sales representative helped fix the issue and put us on the family plan which saved both my husband and I $ 20 off our entire bill. That is a lot considering we are financing our phones right now so that we can eventually pay it off.
Both my husband and I were pleased with the representative’s assistance as saving money is a great factor to stay with your phone carrier as well as the unlimited data coverage. I have been a happy Sprint customer and can’t wait to see what they offer in the future to their valuable customers.
End of spiel and public service announcement. My hope is that you all at least learn something about the phone carrier before you judge them right away. They might have something good to offer you if you listen or at least research their products.

Yet another terrible experience at this location. Went into the store to ask about billing and technical issues. Was told by the associate that they are not a corporate store so he could not discuss my bill with me. So I asked him about

I was a Verizon costumer for years and made the switch to Sprint when the iPhone 6 debuted. I was told that sprint would give me ~$ 220 in store credit for the exchange of my old iPhone 5. I thought, well that’s probably what I would get on eBay or such, and this will save me time. At least I thought.
Upon receiving my iPhone 6, I was told that I would be able to order, through this sprint store, some headphones. One wireless and one over the ear, equaling about $ 220, and was told that I would have such items in about two weeks. I thought… Christmas present for my wife.
Upon returning back from vacation, about three weeks later, I was told that the items were not in, blaming Black Friday sales and delays. I called and stopped in for weeks and weeks, always telling me the same thing that the items were on their way. Most of the time, I was never called back after leaving messages or later stopping into the store from time to time. And I was only inquiring about these items once per week or once every two weeks. After approximately nine weeks, 2 months from placing this order, I was finally called back only after he saw my missed call on caller id, and told that my items weren’t coming in after all, and that he was not allowed or authorized to make special orders or request in the first place. It was only after wasting two months on this debacle, they suddenly determined that they actually couldn’t do what was promised. He apologized, and told me to try ebay.
I do not problems with my actual sprint service, but I’ll be avoiding this store from now on. After broken promises, little to no follow up, and a complete waste of my time, I wish that I could have gave less than one star.
