Not sure why everyone is giving it low stars. For the amount of food for what you pay for, I think it’s really good. If there is something you don’t like, there are like 50 alternatives. The noodles here are awesome and I come here for lunch.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Do not eat here! They will over charge you and lie about it. I got over charged, and instead of handing the situation. the lady at the front desk started screaming at me loudly making a scene. She was getting so frustrated and angry that she was wrong that she threw a toothpick from the front desk at me! Wow still shocked from my experience. Will never be returning!

I went during dinner, about 6:30. Kids were running and screaming, but that isn’t on the restaurant. What was on them was the soggy, tasteless, hard, cold options on their buffet. Not a single item tasted fresh, and their«sushi» items were embarrassing. Their restrooms were shameful as well. I definitely won’t be back.

How this place is not shut down is beyond me. I needed a bite to eat and decided to try this(my stomach returned the favor later on) The majority of the food was old and was being replaced very slowly. Back by their grill section was a very foul smell could not place it. Never ever ever ever ever ever go here feel safer eating out of a garbage can.

Sadly, this place has severely gone downhill. Never has any crab legs. Crab ragoon has been modified to where there is hardly even a filling and just the crispy outside. Food has been cold. My oldest son refuses to go here anymore. Dont waste your money.

Was not good… food was cold & we worried about it making us sick. Bathrooms were disgusting. Would not recommend.

Pretty good choice for a lunch buffet. Above average quality and good selection. Although the name implies more, the seafood selection is only slightly more than your standard Chinese American buffet. It’s a good value at $ 7.50 without drink. I’m not sure what they add or the cost at dinner hours.

Run of the mill buffet. Nothing sets this apart from the rest. Buffet staples as well as pizza and wings. Nice selection of fruits, sushi and deserts. Reasonably priced with a moderate to fair selection.

Well, another buffet. Good, not amazing. I’d been here before a few times, a few years back. It is, as the name implies, a little heavy on seafood. But it’s mainly a pretty typical Chinese buffet. Decent service, decent price, fair atmosphere.

This was probably the worst Chinese buffet I’ve ever experienced. The food was cold. The shrimp were flaccid, flabby, soggy, sagging, splitting tubes of rotting animal flesh, floating languidly in a fetid bath of malodorous swill. And you go to complain about the food to the owner. She says in very broken English, we have over 200 items. I seriously considered dining and dashing, but after the«meal» I had just ate, I figured I wouldn’t be able to run very far or fast. It definitely wasn’t worth the $ 11 – 12(or whatever it was).

I try very hard to be positive in my reviews… But as I sat chewing a mouthful of food, I watched as the manager/owner’s child walk past with his hand up his nose knuckle deep… And then I forced myself to swallow as he then started digging through the ice cream tub… I have an iron stomach, but this was hard to watch. Children this young should probably be helped by an adult to food on a buffet… They should probably be encouraged to not pick their nose & certainly refrain from digging for green gold in public… Let alone at your parent’s already slightly borderline iffy buffet. That said… This is essentially a Chinese buffet with SOME seafood. The«crab legs» are kept in a vat of hot fishy water & have 0 flavor as they seem to have been soaked all day. They have other mussels, clams etc that are probably ok if you could get them fresh out of the kitchen. The other food is your standard Chinese buffet stuff. You try a few bites & probably push it to the side… I’ve seen signs posted to «Eat What You Take». I thought that was pretty brazen. I would think the amount of waste left on the customer’s plates would signify the satisfaction of said customer. If people aren’t touching the food with a ten foot pole, maybe it’s time to make some changes!

Pretty standard fare for a chinese buffet. I was happily surprised by the chicken wings and the selection of seafood. the price was a little on the high side IMO but I had a good experience all things considered. My gf enjoyed her meal as well and she is not a huge fan of chinese food.

I was really craving some seafood, so I was really excited about trying the SUPERSEAFOODBUFFET… The name of the place is misleading. A friend of a friend had recommended this place… said it was great, takes all her friends there when they visit from out of town… but one major detail was left out — its NOT a Seafood Buffet… it IS a Chinese buffet. Yes folks, don’t be fooled by the name; it’s a Chinese buffet that just happens to have a few seafood items — yes, just a few. No more really than any other Chinese buffet I’ve been to. Soooooo, as for rating the Chinese buffet, it was … well, like the 2 stars says… Meh, I’ve had better… it was really… JUSTOK… NOT a-ok. To me the deception would be like going to a place called Los Mariachis, only to find out they served Italian food, but they did offer re-fried beans on the ‘à la carte’ menu… Anyway, the misguided name is not why the 2 stars… it was just because the food was … meh…

I went here as it was highly recommended by my massage therapist. I had driven by several times and was curious anyway. Finally we went last night. I was expecting more of a SEAFOOD buffet(as the title says) and not a Chinese buffet… which is what I got. Sure there was some seafood on the buffet… but it was just ‘okay.’ Everything was just average. There wasn’t anything really spectacular about it, but it was good. I will probably try some other places in the area before I go back here… if I ever do.

Went there this evening at around 7:30. Waited 10 minutes to be seated when there were 4 people in the restaurant. Going to the buffet, it was pretty obvious that the food had been on there for at least 3 hours, and nothing had been changed. The sushi was room temp, the dumplings had hardened into plastic, and everything that was supposed to be crunchy was soggy. The food was just completely inedible. My girlfriend and I ate about half a plate and left. I paid my bill without bickering, but told the cashier that the food was disgusting and had obviously not been refreshed since the initial dinner rush. She didn’t say much to that. I kept the half plate I ate to things that are reasonably safe, surimi crab, peanut butter chicken… Eat the seafood at your own risk. If you do you are a brave soul.

Typed seafood buffet into my gps and this is what came up. Came here for dinner and thought it was pretty damn good. Crab legs were good and plentiful. Honey cashew shrimp were delicious. Sushi was eh, next time ill stay away. Flounder was tasty and so was many of the chicken dishes. Shrimp dishes were good. This place reminds me of a buffet my family frequents in the Chicago burbs only major difference is that this place was not nearly as packed. I’ll come here again for sure.

For a change of pace from the usual Chinese buffets, I like to come to the Super Seafood Buffet. They have the usual buffet options, but when I go, I head for the ones I don’t find anywhere else. The wasabi shrimp is one of my favorites. It’s battered shrimp in this sweet sauce with a zip because of the wasabi that’s not overpowering. Be daring and try the things in the wicker steamers! I’m not big on Chinese buffet desserts, but I’ve found some unique desserts that I like in those steamers. One is called water chestnut cake which is a gummy gelatin square with, of all things, pieces of water chestnut in it. The flavor is delicate, but I like it. I’m not fond of overly sweet things. There’s also been another gummy thing filled with a coconutty cream and covered slightly with powdered sugar. There’s also been a steamed pastry filled with mashed sweet beans. It may not be what Americans would think of for dessert, but it doesn’t mean it’s not good!

I went with friends on Sunday afternoon. This is a very nice place for the price. The service was good but slow at times. There was a nice variety of seafood, traditional American-Asian dishes, some regular stuff like pizza and friend chicken, and more daring foods like squid, frog legs, crayfish and prawns. For sushi lovers there was a small variety. I enjoyed it very much. It was tasty and very close to the tastes I got in NY C’s Chinatown. Very good. We were not rushed and the place is well decorated. I loved the fountain in the front.

The go-to place if you are going to eat your money’s worth. There’s steamed salmon and fried calamari for the conservative eaters. Frog legs and crawfish for the more daring foodies. Servers and owners do a great job of making sure the buffet is well-stocked and the sauces, soups, and salad dressings aren’t crosscontaminated. I personally found most of the offerings to be heavily fried, hence, my opting for the Mongolian grill whenever I dine at Super Seafood Buffet. The sushi is on par with your grocery store sushi.(Translate: Skip!) Desserts tend to be hit or miss. I’ve usually made a beeline for the pineapple stuffed lychees over at the fruit bar. The restaurant interior design and décor are quite impressive; the lighting certainly adds an aesthetic component. Servers and owners are cordial for the most part; they’re quick to remove dishes as well as to refill beverages. It’s been a while since I stepped foot in SSB so quality may or may not have decreased. One thing’s for sure: you’ll never feel like a glutton at SSB, because the folks sitting across and behind you will always outeat you. Guaranteed.
