I posted a review on «the Pickled Swine deli» listing on Unilocal just now, as it showed the foodtruck I was reviewing. Migrate on over to that posting to see the detailed review. Just let this be said here — great sandwiches and sides. If they would just drive around following us so that we could eat their fare daily, life would be brighter.

Simple sandwich, extraordinary flavor

Tried out The pickled swine deli food truck today for lunch. Had the Pickled swine sandwich. As I watched the lady prepare it, the process seemed very simple. Part of me thought «i just paid $ 8 for a deli sandwich…» Yet when I received the sandwich and took a bite I was shocked by all the flavors packed inside. The ham was sweet, but something was giving a little spice, a little heat, and a little acid. I did notice there were pork rinds in the sandwich; something I had never experienced before. Kudos on a good sandwich, I plan on trying others in the near future.
