If this location could get negative stars it would definitely get them. Tims coffee is always good but if you want bad/slow service then this is the place. Not to mention the freak show that comes along with it. This place needs a Starbucks manager to take over haha!

Worst run Tim Horton’s in the city, the owners do not understand the downtown market.

Our office recently moved back downtown and I was excited to have a Tim’s close by. It’s sad I was totally disappointed and will not be going back to this location! The service was horrible, there seemed to be ample people working, but none of them looked like they knew what they were doing! The line was long and filled the lobby, but for 7am on a Friday that is expected. What’s not expected to was to have only 1 register open, that’s just pour customer service. There seemed to be lots of staff working, including a manager who wasn’t doing anything to help out! My hot coffee was made wrong and my bagel was toasted on the Panini grill, with very little cream cheese! I don’t understand how if coffee, bagels and donuts are your main means of revenue, why can’t your staff make them! #bringbackdunkins!

Hope you don’t have to use the restroom– there is none… Can’t read a ticket that clearly stated what I ordered and then blamed the co-worker. Booo

I wasn’t really impressed with the freshness of the TimBits. Kind of dry but not over-sweet. That’s a good thing. Also had a grilled chipotle turkey sandwich which was good but not spicy and a chili soup that was a bit blend. Really not impressed.

I go to this location Downtown to experience eating two sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches. They are very tasty and great for my tummy. The cost for two of these sandwiches cost under $ 6.

Tim Horton’s Coffee is very tasty. I think the coffee tastes better than pike, and is as good as peets. Easily drinkable, likable and provides the necessary dose of Caffeine. This particular location is on the corner, and I’d never had to wait in line for more than a couple minutes. They have good and tasty selection of doughnuts.

The Boston Crème donut i just bought literally had no Crème in it. I’ve been in this location before and watched an employee give away free food to his friend right in front of me. I hate this location. The staff makes their loathing of your existence extremely apparent and they don’t try to do anything speedy. I would absolutely suggest going anywhere else nearby.

Today was my first and last visit to this location. I can deal with a line, but when the employees are basically calling people from the back of the line instead of the next person in line, it gets frustrating. I can handle the line thing because sometimes people will do what they will, but when you forget my hashbrown and I have to walk back to get that, then, I take a bite of my sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and there is lettuce and tomato on it??? Poor service, poor execution, and not getting what you order… just really poor considering the other Tim Horton’s I have been to.

This was my first ever visit to a TH, and I can say I wasn’t dazzled. I mean what is there to be dazzled by. Donuts are donuts. Not much can really differ from place to place when it comes to chains. Only visited here, because early in the morning when I decided to venture our for a walk it was the only thing open. Convenient to be able to pick up a dozen of donuts for my friends and I as we missed breakfast. The staff were efficient and friendly. So no complaints there. But nothing really justifies giving this chain more than three stars.

Oh, where do I start? How about line out the door and employees standing around on break in the back room(which is still visible to the dinning area). Or how about the massive incompetence of the staff which seem to have an uncanny ability to mess up the most simple order. Perhaps I should point the finger at ownership(who are ultimately responsible for all of the problems) and talk about the fact that they are so inconsistent with open & closing times that they will not even post hours on the door. Food quality is always low, majority of staff is rude and act as though they rather be elsewhere, time to make and receive an order is a terribly slow even on a good day. Living in the area I also have the pleasure of breathing employees smoke as they stand outside the entrance to my building and smoke in non smoking areas. Lastly I have the pleasure of being inconvenienced by delivery people who consistently block the entrance to my garage and leave the gate up on our secure facility(almost weekly). I sincerely hope this location goes out of business. Go to Café Brioso — better coffee, better service, better price one block away.

Its sad that I had to lower my rating for this place. But when you are no longer open at 530 in the morning and I cant feed my cravings… I become one sad addict. TIMMYHOESWHYDIDYOUDOTHIS?

Glad Tim’s made it back downtown Columbus! Still working out the kinks, but the tasty coffee is always worth it.
