So let me start by saying I am a pain in the nether regions. I am an old school server and restaurant manager. I believe in making an exceptional experience for someone not just getting them what they want. Vapeworx has made this their focus as well. I am an Atlanta resident and a Long Island native and I have recently made the change to the vape life. I went into this store, one week in to my vape life, around 7pm. I was greeted with a warm welcome like they have known me all my life almost. I sat down and explained I no longer live in the area and want to see what home had to offer with their local ejuices. Matt the store manager and Jill were the ones that sat with me. It was at least a solid hour, which I had not realized until my elderly mother had walked in from the car to see if I got lost, that they spent with me going from brand to brand flavor to flavor. Not once in this whole time did they make a face or get frustrated with me in the endeavor. They became even more so on a mission when it dawned on them that when I said I was new I was literally infantile with the vape life. They helped me find 6 flavors that I love and figure out that I hate milk and cream flavors. Then to really go above and beyond, I messaged them on Facebook about when their site was going to be fully operational because my local store made me feel a way because the guy looked mad that I was standing at their door at 10am waiting for them for a new coil. Since they sold me an ijust2 tank by eleaf which burns coils in a week at 30w. So while I was talking to them about their website I decided to ask if they sell the uwell crown tank, how much, ect. I was going to send my mother out of her way to go get it from vapeworx. While getting all information from them they offered to take care of the whole sale over Facebook and PayPal for me. Came to find out that my whole conversation this morning took place with Jill the very woman that I drove nuts a few weeks ago and the owner of the store. For an owner to get this involved with a customer is an amazing thing for me. I love that you don’t mind getting your hands dirty. So with all that said and done I really hate reviews, I feel like sometimes people dwell on negative situations so much that it is all people care about. However, what the owner and staff have created here is rare these days. They care about making life long connections and friends. For this reason alone even as impatient as I am I will place my vaping needs orders at the start of every month with vapeworx on Facebook until there site is up and running and even then I may keep using Facebook just so I can talk to my new friends in commack!!!
